Was in a good safe area with plenty of restaurants and stores close by. Lobby was clean as were the rooms.

The room was very spacious and the bathroom as well. And very close to the hotel (walking distance, 200 meter) there is a restaurant, the Springfield Grille, where we had an excellent dinner. Breakfast in the hotel was okay.

Swimming pool out of service Comfort chair in room was terrible (this was bad). Room 205 I can’t believe you would use that type of chair in a spot Clearly meant for comfort. Zero stars from me Torn drapes Light over sink never worked (it was reported) Did not like breakfast

Need a sign closer to street, drove right past. Sign sets in too close to building & can’t see for trees. Wasn’t looking up on building, too much traffic.

I was traveling with a friend for a conference and we stayed here for two nights. We both slept extremely well. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the room was very quiet, the AC worked well and wasn't loud, and the blackout shades worked well. We appreciated not having to go out for breakfast and there was more than enough choice The manager, Teri, was very accommodating and helpful. The location was back from main traffic artery, but the hotel was still close to everything. The room was clean and large. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We chose this hotel over others because of the pool and were quite disappointed when we arrived and were told that the pool was closed.

Have stayed here before in December 2022.. Nice size, clean room. Staff was very freindly and professional.

The phone service and internet was out and made check-in impossible. Thought there should be a manual system available.
