Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The pool and spa. The pool had kids running and jumping in going from the pool to the hot tub visa versa. While we were in. They both need painted or something. Looks bad. Jets didn't work on the spa.

You have to take your towels to front desk to get new towels! They don’t empty garbage from room to room! Room cards lost their magnetic to be able to get back into room or into building! Should have more variety for breakfast

The location was great! The kindness and attentiveness of the staff.. Absolutely impeccable! Allie, Sara, Mariah, and Dee were not lazy with requests they were prompt and happy to be of any help!
The bed, upon my arrival and pulling the blankets back, had hair on it. Long brown curly hair and rally small brown hairs on one bed, and the other bed had yellowish stains on the comforter (like why,? How??). The hot tub was broken Nand the pool closed an hour before the signs said it would... The place felt like a $50 motel. But they charged $120-$150 per night. The breakfast was the exact same every day. Folded eggs with cheese, potatoes, and sausage. No bacon ever I couldn't beileve it. The water doesn't wash the clothes well AT ALL . Too many issues, i actually uninvited my family and cut the stay by a day... I voiced my concerns to the night guy who basically said that I should have called first... yeah, right like they'd tell me that my bed sheets would be dirty over the phone?? I will not ever be back but I'd love to hire the staff to come and work for me someday! I am almost sure something was biting me! If not for your amazing daytime staff, you guys would have 1 star maximum!

The room --- both the main area and the bathroom --- had much more "elbow room" than the typical hotel rooms I've stayed in. Very much appreciated.

The property was very nice, the area was nice and it served the purpose as we live 2 miles away but our electricity was out and we needed a safe warm place to sleep and use our CPAP machines.
We didn't get to enjoy the breakfast. They could extend those hours a bit longer, 10 is early when you check in late and exhausted. Also, I used the laundry facility and that could have used a good cleaning. The lint trap in the dryer was so packed I almost couldn't get the screen out.

There was only one towel and wash cloth per person. I have fine short hair and had to ask for more shampoo. Maybe get the bottles that mount in shower.

lots to like about this hotel: literally about one minute from the interstate, appears to be recently constructed tor renovated, very clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly
literally the only improvement I’d suggest is a better quality mattress. Although it wasn’t terrible, there’s definitely more comfortable mattresses out there. with that being said, we’d certainly stay there again

We checked in to our original room with all our stuff to rest & relax, moved the footstool to set down i. chair & found a dirty smelly baby diaper on the floor along with some diaper filling. When washing hands, the running water has a smelly odor.Call to front desk, made aware of this stuff, went there with diaper in bag as requested.
Moved to a different room with all our stuff, noticed the phone flashing, thought a message from front desk, called to check & were told no, phone is broken. Next morning when taking shower the water built up in tub & would not drain, so had to shower in water partway up legs. Drain-plug in tub doesn’t work properly.
Disappointed with all of this & the facility which really stinks because we already had another stay in September at this same location scheduled & will most likely cancel. All of this was not worth what we paid & sadly no discount offered or given.

The breakfast was good. Considering all that has gone along with the pandemic I think the set up was reasonable.
On Saturday of our stay we discovered that the door wasn't locking upon exit. We shared this with the desk and was told that it would be reported to maintenance. Later that day when we returned, the door still wasn't locking and we were offered a room change. That was fine and we accepted and moved.
This was a weekend and it's understandable that it might be difficult to get someone to make the repair.
However my sense is that your representative wasn't sure off all options to resolve the issue and maybe lacked absolute authority to do what was required to make it right.
Give your people the resources and authority to properly represent your organization in a way that Best Western can always feel good about and your brand will never regret it.
