As a self-contained unit it is very good. I liked the amenities - everything you need is supplied including tea, coffee, filters and sugar. The location is very central with pick up points for tours no more than 2 mins walk from the apartment and supermarkets and bars within 5-10 mins away. The only real negative for me was that the beds are singles which means if you are a restless sleeper you can end up between beds and they are a tad on the hard side... I didnt really adjust until the third night but after that was fine.

Property was perfect for our trip, clean,spacious and really close to the Main Street. The staff were very helpful with any questions we asked. Would definitely recommend.

A large apartment with all the amenities needed, including a pint of milk in the fridge and tea & coffee in the cupboard for when we arrived. its the little things that make a stay perfect. everything else was there and more, the usual iron and board, hairdryer (although not needed) plenty of storage space etc etc. the place was clean, quiet area and spot on location (bonus supermarket in walking distance), near the main highway 40 to get out of town (free parking!) and walking distance into the heart of Reykjavik. Cannot recommend enough, would certainly stay again

You'll find everything you need in the apartment or in the building. Very close to nearest grocery store, and within walking distance to most sights in the centre of Reykjavik. Only 200 meters from Laugarvegur.

Stayed in this apartment with 5 adults and 1 infant for just 1 night prior to our flight back home-- super clean and an easy checkin process, appreciated the designated parking on the city street though it was not that difficult to find street parking. Rooms are comfortable and full of storage space. We brought our baby on the trip and after an email to the Would have loved to stay longer!

Good size 1-bedroom apartment for 3 (one adult and two kids). The sleeping sofa was firm but OK for a few nights of sleep. Would recommend a 2-bedroom apartment if 4. Supermarket, restaurants and the beginning of one of the shopping streets around the corner.

Fabulous

This apartment was great value for the money paid for it. Stayed there for 3 nights and it was perfect or me and the friends I stayed with. Location wise, it was very close to one of the pick up points for all the tours, as well as being close to one of the main streets through Reyjkavik. The WiFi in the apartment was always reliable (we had 4 devices connected to it at most times) and the TV was great. The apartment came with the basics you'd need to be able to cook for yourself if you didn't fancy eating out all the time, and was located to a couple of decent shops so eating in would be doable (and what we did on a couple of occasions). The only complaints I have are minor. The first, a few areas where there were scuffs and damage to the property (possibly from previous guests) which needed tidying up. The second being the walls were a bit thin and you would hear the building work going on around the apartment, which started fairly early. That aside though, no complaints! (Neither of them spoiled the stay either!) Would definitely recommend this place, and would probably look to stay there again if going back.
