Overall the hotel was good and I liked it. My main complaint is the construction across the street, currently building new condos, which was loud and noisy. Also the weather temps unexpectedly dropped, the room heater still felt chilly. I imagine during summer weather this hotel would be very much ideal.

Staff were a bit hit and miss in knowledge and friendliness. The room was nice but loud even midweek and it can be tricky to find close parking to unload before driving a couple of blocks to park the car. For the price, I would not stay here again.

This is a hotel that has a bar and restaurant that gets pretty busy and loud. They warn you ahead of time though so I was fine with it. Hotel was nice overall, and room was nice and specious. The windows open to mini balconies overlooking Bondi beach. Downside is those windows are not sealed super well so noise and bugs can get in. Nice location, right across from the beach. If you are looking to go to the beach and party this is the place for you.

The Staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. The Hotel and room was exceptional. Our room was beautiful, it looked over the beach and was very spacious. The charm of the Hotel being kept to the old features was amazing, and different from other hotels. The room was so big. The only issue we experienced was the TV, but the staff were very accommodating and helped us. I would love to stay again.

The cutest little 12-room hotel across the street from Bondi Beach. Room is stocked with lots of fun mini bar options & there's an on-site restaurant with DELICIOUS food & drinks. Only complaint: outside the hotel is very loud on the weekends. Would stay again!

The hotel inside was surprisingly modern more, particularly the staff were so attentive and friendly. The location is ideal right opposite the beach and around the shops we loved our stay. Regards, Ray Thorpe

Construction noise across the road was loud in the afternoon , which of course is no fault of the property but be aware this is going on.

Perfect place for Adults that like to have a drink. Loud music on weekends till 2am but we personally loved the bar downstairs and joined in. Definitely not for everyone if you want a quiet place this is not for you. Will book again loved the location directly across the road from Bondi Beach

Wonderful property , well designed and comfortable. Good staff /nd friendly. The one thing that would make this apartment better in 2023 is to have a microwave . Honestly this is the only service apartment I have stayed at in the last 25 years with one

wonderful staff. so friendly and helpful. great location. good value. beautiful property. Only issue was it was strange for a serviced apartment not to have a microwave. Also there was in induction cooktop but not the proper pans to be able to use it.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay there as pleasurable as possible, beautiful room with balconies , overlooking the beach, champagne etc for our wedding anniversary etc etc.

It's a disco/bar with live bands and djs. You can not sleep at night. So if you want a good night's sleep, don't stay at this property.

Beautiful new accommodation, friendly staff & great check in experience. We were even shown how to use the door fobs & to our room.

Exceptionally clean!Receptionists we’re soo lovely and always looking out for us.It is a restaurant and club at night so quite noisy. Be prepared for the security guards to not allow you to your room. This was the only down fall about our stay. We had come back from a lovely dinner and grabbed some gelato to have back in our room but security wouldn’t allow us to go to our room until we finished.

Fantastic unique decor. Grate variety of unique drinks and life that there was Foxtel. Front desk service was great.
Was surprised as to how loud the music was which did not finish until 1am. In saying that I was aware when making the booking.
Was disappointed in the passive aggressiveness from the bouncer who was out of line demanding to see my room key when entering attempting to go in the lift to my room which was out of line.
And my pet peeve is a hotel holding onto the deposit ($200) several days after still after you depart. Wouldn’t mind that back soon.
