When we checked in we were greeted with a very happy welcoming Then off we went to our room and loved it. Come dinner time and they have a restaurant Now I am gluten free So here they tell us they have nothing gluten free. Very apologetic My husband ordered a steak burger to be delivered to our room. As I had bread with me my husband went back to see if they had any cheese so I could make a sandwich. They offered to make it for me, but we declined. Anyhow when the burger arrived along with it was a plate with cheese and some lettuce. Also another plate with an amazing salad. So delicious there was no need for bread. Offered to pay for the salad but they said it was on them. Such very considerate thoughtful helpful friendly people. Would definitely give them way way more than 10 out of 10

We live out of town so found it very noisy, from both the road noise and planes flying overhead. Asked if we could check out at 11 because hubby had a medical procedure at 11.30. Man in reception seemed reluctant but said yes in the end, otherwise the room was pleasant enough for the amount we paid.

Easily the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. The man working the front desk on the evening of May 17, 2024 was incredibly rude. I hope he owns the place because otherwise he should be fired.
He wasn't able to complete the simplest task (finding our reservation). His inability to problem solve lead to a conflict where he shouted, "You Americans are all the same".
(I'm Canadian). He then called me a moron and swore at me. I don't know if I've ever had a worse time checking in at a hotel.
I would stay anywhere else.
Calling your customers 'morons' because you can't find a reservation equals zero stars.

Staff were great, room was clean with a free water. Bed was good but only a thin blanket. Pillows were not great. Also only one key per room but there's a lock box you can use.
