Everything was great except we had no tv cheers

There was no hot water and we could not get an answer as to when it would be fixed, no hot water for at least four days there very poor in my opinion

Perfect for our one night stay. The price was right too! Easy walk around town. Pub meals were great. Only downside was noise from railway but I think that would be virtually unavoidable in town (especially near train station).

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed. Meals were available onsite and the staff were quick to offer recommendations.

Our room was rented to someone , my credit card was used to pay for it as I used it to secure the booking ! The staff member did her darndest to sort it out eventually . There was no hot water in the room so unable to have a shower in the middle of winter ! The crockery was dirty . The cereal hadn’t been replaced. As many issues as we had they were sorted quite quickly so top marks to the young lady who sorted the situation. We just laughed it off !

We did not get the room that I paid for, there was no tea or coffee supplied, the room was neat and tidy

where to leave the keys when customer checks out. we left around 8:15 and there was not a place to leave the keys. the instruction of the motel was to leave the key in the box near the stairs but there was no box. we spent 15 minutes looking for a safe way of leaving the keys, we knocked as on the website it says there is a manager daily from 8 am to 2am but couldnt find anyone. we decided to leave the keys inside the room to avoid issues. so next time, maybe you should create another option for early checks out.

Would of liked our own parking space in front of our unit.

Excellent price for overnight stay. Very friendly staff. Convenient eating facilities for evening meal.

Rooms on ground floor. Easy parking. Pub next door. Quiet place. Only down side was one of the breakfast cereal packet had been chewed open, most probably by a rat. Couldn't complain to anyone as the reception was closed and had to checkout early.

Friendly staff. Room and bathroom was clean however plates, mug and glass in the fridge were dirty. Glass in the fridge was caked with previous drink at the bottom of it.

Upon arrival for check-in, the girl mentioned she was not usually responsible for checking guests in and apologised for the delay. I thought that was odd considering the bsy period of Easter. Later that night I went and got a meal. I ordered a steak (nothing wrong with the food at al) but then it was brought out it only had a steak knife on the plate. I asked a staff member of there was a fork to go with it, and he went and got one. Just a fork thugh; no napkin, no salt and pepper. The room was good but I did notice a long black hair stuck to the shower wall tiles. I cringed thinking what I could be standing in, thinking the shower hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. A clean room (and bathroom) is what everyone wants when they visit a motel. Overall pretty ordinary. Cannot recommend.

Lovely and clean. Cereal and milk included in the stay which was a nice bonus. Property is separate to the club (separated by a driveway), although that is where reception is located. We stayed on a Thursday night and were pleasantly surprised how quiet the room was.

Passing through for work. Extremely clean and comfy room. Looks like have had a recent facelift. Power shower great after being on the road. Handy for meals in the club next door. Large portions and reasonably priced. Would stay again when in Gladstone

Simple accommodation but fine for the overnight stop during our road trip. Dinner in the bistro was great and we appreciated the convenience of eating on site.

I like its convenience to the station and some shops. I've been staying there off and on for 60 years. The rooms with views to the south are best. The air-conditioner's setting could not be changed (something wrong there?) and there was a water leak that made the bathroom floor wet throughout. I like the generous supply of towelling etc. Sorry no breakfast!
