The room was nice and clean but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The lady at the front desk was rude on check in and during checking out.

Overall it was good . Check in was first . Room was decent as per picture . Breakfast- 3 type muffins, 3-4 type bread , waffles, apple / orange / 3 types cereal and tea coffee juice .

Location is excelent for visiting Niagra Falls attractions. Clean, staff was friendly, room was all it needed to be be; clean and quiet and just off the exit.

Location was convenient, paid high price but facilities are not at that level. Breakfast has very limited choices. Reception assistance was good. No hot food or choice in the morning breakfast.

Its a good Lodge with good rooms and Beds and free breakfast. No drinking water, no inhouse kitchen. But nice place to spend night 8 mins away from waterfall

Budget friendly stay, here are some positive and not so positive things we experienced. As you enter the building, there's a strong musty smell. The room was clean, and by opening the windows we got the air freshened. Sewage sounds are VERY loud, all night long we could hear someone next door turning their water on and off and flushing their toilet. Also, quite a few inconsiderate guests kept shouting, running around and banging on doors in the middle of the night. Although the hotel is right on a busy road, there was no traffic noise at night. Breakfast menu was entirely sugary, and with only one waffle maker and a long line, it could take up to 30 minutes to get a waffle; so if you really want one be there before official breakfast time begins. This hotel is very close to Niagara falls, general shopping and dining places which was very convenient for us.

I would strongly suggest to avoid this hotel, though its around 5-6 miles from Niagara state park the hotel is not good for stay. When I checked in the lady in the reception was courteous, but when we entered the room there was only one light working the others were not. Shower tub has mold across the corner. The AC was not cooling the room enough so I called the front desk atleast 10 times no one responded, then I went in person to let them know the problem. Peter the front desk person was extremely rude and he said I can check out if I am not comfortable, the time was around 1 am. He was not even ready to provide alternative like a fan etc, instead he said he will call the police. The front desk person Peter has some serious attitude issue, he was not ready to understand the problem of guest. The breakfast was moderate, they serve Waffle, muffin, Apple and coffee. One last thing I am surprised was, the hotel do not have lift, I checked in with 2 check-in bags and I had to lift it on the stairs. Its better to look for good hotel, its not worth for money and comfort
