It’s really not clean and the staff obviously do not care about what’s going on in the hotel.
Expected for the low price it is tbh.

Friendly Staff and convenient location. The room was a bit tiny and the furniture was very old. There is bad smell that ocationally comes from the bathroom

Staffs are super friendly, but the property is super dirty, making business because of its location. Surprised Expedia recommended such hotels.

Avoid this place if you’re concerned about the hygiene!!! Property is located in a reasonable walking distance (~15 minutes) from the Kaaba/Masjid-ul-Haram. As for the hygiene, it was my worst experience ever. I’ve traveled to many different countries, but I’ve never experienced such a dirty accommodation. I don’t think they have ever washed the curtains which smell like poop since they have built the hotel. Windows can’t be open as they’ve placed air conditioning in all windows. I’ve tried to open a window and found ~3-5kg guano (birds poop). I’ve made a video and showed to the receptionist. They gave me another room, but with the same situation. I couldn’t stay their as I was afraid of getting sick. So changed the hotel.

Nice hotel close to al Haram. Only 10 mins walking distance. Rooms were ok. Bed was hard rock and it was perfect for my back.

I had a worse experience at this hotel. It stinks hotel’s dirty. Check in was awful they couldn’t find my booking and tried to charge me more. It took me half hour to check in. Receptionist can’t speak English. Nobody come to clean your room.

The door handle for the entry door to the room was broken. I contacted the front desk to get it fixed, but no action. I remined them again the next day (Jan. 18), but no body paid attention. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The shower door was not propoerly closing. I could not take a shower.

It was about 1KM from haram. Going down there was easy because it’s all down hill but coming back up to the hotel was little hike. I hired taxi every time we came back to the hotel and taxi charge us 20-30 riyals depending on the time. It was dirty dirty. Bathroom stink. No room service for entire 6 days.

Very comfortable rooms, no hygiene issue, compliments water bottles, friendly staff especially Bangladeshi maintenance guy I can’t remember his name was very cooperative. He managed to check me in early and really looked after me. Property is 10 minutes away, long walk but good thing it’s straight not through hill or slope. Good thing, all 10 minutes walk is full of shops.

There were no facility for drop off or loading even. Got fixed penalty parking while loading the luggage actively in front of the hotel. The car boot was open and I was actually putting the bag in!

I got to the hotel. They told me it was full and only a spare room was available. Upon seeing the property.. I couldn’t stay there. There was no clean water and the whole room stank of manure. Terrible.

It was 15 minutes walk to the grand mosque / HARAM. Small room with low ceiling, but price wise it was not bad

When take shower the bathroom flooor holds water and I had to use squeegee to push accumulated water to the drainage hole.

hotel staff brilliantly helpful. And very quite and peaceful environment I enjoyed my stay. Negatives r : by the time of booking they said free Wi-Fi ,but no Wi-Fi in the hotel at all , so thats upsetting. A little far for walking to masjid haram.15 minutes. But for the price cant complain. Overall good good..

The bathroom is too small
Standing shower is in a corner but there is no curtain or frame. The whole bathroom becomes puddle of water during bath.
