This is a first-class hotel by any standard. The property has an old world feel with very modern features. Even though it's in the heart of Paris - the hotel is offset from the street with a large lawn and backyard terrace. You feel like you're staying in a grand chateau in the country.

This might be the most beautiful hotel in the world. The decor and the building are stunning. The staff were exceptionally kind. The food was excellent, it was quiet at night and it was easy to walk from here to several major attractions. Truly a perfect place.

The hotel restaurant is exquisite, with superb food and an amazing wine list. Rooms are luxurious, beds super comfortable, and the staff is just amazing -- friendly and attentive to any guest need....top notch service on all fronts. I can't come up with enough superlatives to describe our experience.

This is the most magical hotel tucked away in the heart of Paris!! It’s like a country side chateau in the city. The grounds are beautiful, the Outside dining was fantastic, the room was cozy with fab Guerlain products, the staff was top notch. I can’t say enough!!! It’s my 2nd time here and God willing won’t be my last!! Tre bien!!🇫🇷❤️🇫🇷

I loved my stay at the St James. The architecture and ambiance was old classic Paris which I love and the staff was attentitive and appreciative. Looking for a quiet escape in a country house near the city this is your chateau.

Our rooms were luxurious, quiet and extremely clean. The hotel staff were some of the best we’ve had. Beds were very comfortable and plush linens in the bathrooms. No details were left out. We were thrilled!

GORGEOUS hotel! It is so pretty that funnily enough, even some French policemen who where driving by stopped to look and comment on it. The food at the bar was just ok, the drinks delicious. It’s a bit far though, so stay here if you’re looking for a slow paced and relaxed visit to Paris.

Amazing boutique hotel - I used to stay there 25+ years ago when I frequently traveled to Paris. Believe it or not, the concierge greeted me by name. That is Hospitality. Great Hotel.

The staff is very professional, courteous and helpful. Stayed there for a week to celebrate my 25th wedding anniversary and upon them finding out they immediately upgraded my room and left a bottle of champagne in our room. The room was immaculate, the library bar beautiful and the entire property just outstanding in every way. Highly recommend it.

I normally don’t take the time to write reviews like this, but for the St. James I will gladly take a few mins to tell you what’s good. The St. James is the only place to stay in Paris. Have you seen Downton Abbey? I felt like lord Grantham every time I walked in the door. The service is impeccable, the rooms are lit, the bartenders are a riot. I will stay here every time I come to Paris. Whomst is the Ritz? Never heard of her.

From the moment we stepped into the Saint James, we were treated like royalty - while WE are not royalty, some have stayed in this fabulous hotel. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and were upgraded to a junior suite and greeted with a bottle of champagne and a hand written anniversary card from the property manager. The room was beautiful, the staff was warm, hospitable, and helpful, the food was divine, and the location was perfect for a romantic trip to Paris. We cannot wait to be able to go back.

The Hotel staff were excellent. Location allows you to be close enough to walk to all attraction but be on the edge of West Paris away from Hustle and bustle of Tourist areas and feel local but still close. Rooms large and very clean. Lobby and dinning room and main bar unreal. I would ONLY stay here on my next visit to Paris.
