Outstanding Service, Great place to stay if you are visiting makkah to perform Umrah. A min walk from the Haram gate number 79. Highly recommend

Less then a minute walk to Haram Shorif. Very nice and clean place. You can spend all day inside the facility, Food, Shopping, etc. I will definitely go back there Inshallah.

Excellent hotel in all aspects…service was the best I’ve had since years from reception to restaurants to doorman…definitely a repeat… Special mention to Khaled at the breakfast restaurant and Ahmed at the door. Thank you!

This was good stay, very efficient elevator system, but the breakfast was outrageously high priced at around 50$ Can. Only few staff speak English, need more staff speaking english.

Arrived at 2:30pm, told that check in time is 4pm. Wait in lobby and will let you know once your room ready. After waiting till 3:30, I checked with another front desk employee and told me my room is already ready and gave me the keys. I expected them to notify us rather than waiting in the lobby while room was ready.

They did not keep the room I reserved with haram view for late arrival.

Customer service we unpleasant. Had an issue with the breakfast we booked and staff were very rude about it with no understanding or solution

The property is very close to Haram, relatively new and well maintained.

Used to be very service with restaurants & room condition experience. Unfortunately there is not even a bottle of water in the room. I found it’s very disappointing especially in the holy place like that in the center of Makkah. Restaurant food quality is degrading. It’s very convenient to go Kaba. It’s only cross the street.

Very close to Haram and attached to a mall which includes a food court. Highly recommend due to close proximity to Haram and lots of food choices in the food court.

We have made a booking for 2 twin beds sleeps four and at the time of checkin the hotel offered 3 single beds and asked us to adjust or pay extra SAR 4600 to upgrade to studio. Eventually I had to pay to make sure the family sleeps well and ended pay SAR 17k. Good strategy to make more money when they know we are on Umrah tour.

I selected this property mainly due to the convenience of its location. It’s walkable distance to the Kaaba. The hotel looked slightly tired and required some maintenance to keep up its looks. The food is awful for a 5 star property. Overall, great hotel for location which upweight any negative points
