First and most important, free scones! And definitely the best ones I've ever had. The staff are uber friendly and accommodating. The property is smaller, but thats what we wanted. Its great for families, but also great if you just want a nice quiet place. They offered free kayaks and paddle boards. Definitely will stay here in the future.

We were looking for a vacation with breakfast included, since we arrived with a baby. Breakfast was only coffee and sweets, which was disappointing. Other than that, it was very nice, quite and clean.

Peg and Jonathan are great host. loved the scones.

Independently owned and managed, staff cared and were excellent, whole place run with love and kindness to a very high standard.

The facility was tucked away in a beautifully landscaped area with native plants, shrubs, trees, flowers. It wasn’t very visible from the road. The cabin we had was completely remodeled and very comfortable. The hosts were very helpful, engaging and genuine. It was a little gem hidden away for those who prefer a quiet serene experience from the traditional large hotels.

WOW, this stay was AMAZING! The resort is quaint and quiet. Very well maintained with nice furnishings. Room was very clean. Every room had outside sitting areas. Waterfront beach area is the perfect place to watch the sunset and look up at the stars and listen to the water. Absolutely beautiful!

Friendly, professional staff. The setting is beautiful with stunning views of Florida Bay. We enjoyed the sunsets right from our room. The resort is low key - just perfect for a quiet getaway. The gardens are lovingly curated. We look forward to returning.

This quaint little place was so amazing from the rooms, staff, amenities, view, and just the overall feeling. It was awesome, wish I would have stayed here most of my time in the keys.

Very beautiful, landscape was amazing. Beach area was clean and kayaks were fun. Scones and coffee were a nice touch. Room smelled clean. Staff was super helpful. Would stay here again.

Thought this stay was brilliant but I thought that all though coffee facilities were provided. There was no coffee or tea. The scones in the morning was the best. But you had to go out for provisions. We stayed 2 nights and didn’t really want to go shopping for hot drinks. But the morning facilities were great. It was a fabulous get away . Very tranquil and relaxing. Loved it xx

All staff was amazing, we were late checking in and Jonathan was so helpful. Peg's scones are to die for and the property is immaculate. The little cottages/rooms are so charming and well decorated. Love the ceiling fan and air conditioner especially since we were there in July. We got to meet Peg (the owner) and found her to be a gracious host. We cant wait to come back to stay longer.

TERRIBLE !!! DRUNK STAFF! My mother and I were approached at 11:30pm by a drunk staff members that claims to be “the owner” if so, very unprofessional. He was yelling at us because I had my ESA in the car after telling him I will leave with the ESA he kept on yelling. He was very intoxicated, slurring his words and making us feel extremely uncomfortable.After leaving that night, the next morning the staff called us a liar and said we stayed the night with the ESA after “the owner”, saw us leaving himself. They were extremely rude, and disrespectful. The hotel also only allows english speaking guest, being very racist against other nationalities.

We were expecting a resort and it’s not. It’s an assortment of “cottages”. There’s no restaurant, bar, beach for swimming. Lots of iguanas which are cool but kinda freaky with how many there are on the property. Pegs scones was nice for morning coffee and scones.

Great staff, proximity to water activities and cleanliness. Definitely would return! Chris

This place was amazing. Tropical setting with lovely landscaping and added touches such as tucked-away spaces for privacy. Free use of kayaks is available. Our room was on the small side but perfectly functional for our one night stay. Best of all were the owners and staff. Very friendly and helpful and breakfast scones were great!

This place is adorable, charming, relaxing, and awesome! The scones were delicious, the room was clean and cozy, and the kayaks were an added bonus! We went out on them one morning and saw a dolphin and 2 manatees! What a treat!! We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay for a reasonably pandemic friendly vacation. Units don't have shared ventilation, most are physically separated, and the common areas are all outdoors. The grounds were lush, the staff helpful and friendly and we had a great time in late January.

I really enjoyed my stay here at Coconut Bay Resort, i stayed on a Friday and a Sunday and on Sat. drove down to key west, they let me keep an extra car at there place when i drove down which was very nice! i also touched a manatee while swimming in there Bay, and used there Kayaks, i really enjoyed my ice coffee and scones in the morning as well! I would Def com back and visit!

Very cute cottage. Clean. We enjoyed the small private beach and pier and sat out by it most nights.
