This was my second time staying at this property and I LOVED it!! Property is clean, staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent!! The price is perfect!!! Thank you!!!

The apartment had no towels, soap, or other items one would use. The bed had only the bottom sheet and a coverlet. We had to go out and buy towels and soap in order to shower. Was on third floor, no elevator, just narrow stairs. The only good thing was the view and being on the boardwalk. You have to call to check in as no one is there.

This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve come down to ocmd every summer for 6 years now and this was the absolute worst. The communication between the staff is non existent, no one is in the office until some time after noon, they are rude when ever you call and have an issue. The building is falling apart on the inside. The window fell out of the actual frame thankfully none of the kids were near it or in the room when it happened. They tried to call me the morning of stating that I canceled and wanted to confirm if we were still going. Only to read a review later that day that they double booked another family and they lost their deposit. The shower handles were falling off the toilets felt as if you were going to fall right through. The house was hot ac felt non-existent, let’s also talk about the bed bugs. Yes bed bugs it was a horrible experience I would never recommend to anyone. They false advertise laundry in unit, as well as pool and location they say your on the boardwalk but your not it’s a block away.

I love the Nock Apartments facilities, but this time I was told on the night before my trip that they would only accept cash for the balance due. That was awkward. Also, as typical, my reservation was not at the location I expected, but any of them is fine with me.

The management pulled a switch on us at check in and booked us into a “sister location” several blocks away. Management was rude and threatening when we questioned the change in our reservation. I would not stay here with any of their facilities. The room was basic, minimal air conditioning and no electrical outlets that worked.

I had a great time at the boardwalk terrace. I saw alot of bad reviews and im.not sure why. We had the one bedroom apartment and it was perfect for me and my husband. The location waa fantastic. We didnt get ocean front but it was still nice. I guess it also depends on your neighbors! Our first few days we had great ones then our last night were some loud ass teenagers but whatever lol! All in all id definitely stay there again

Parking in rear by trash cans was free, maybe. We did not stay as we were told that my cc was wrong and they gave me a number to call and a guys name. I called hotels.com instead who did not understand the issue or maybe they did. Either way, place is sketchy. Use cash.

Property great location! Easy check in and out. No soap for dishes that you're required to wash. No towels or any kind of bathroom amenities. Overall stay was fine. We ended up accidentally locking ourselves on balcony because of bar on door sliding shut. Staff was there quick to let us in. Shew!

Just on the board walk experience was great

It has a kitchen w/ plates/spoons/forks/pots. There are mirrors (full-body mirrors). Its close to the boardwalk. The place doesn't have heat. The bathroom sink drains the water very slow. Limited electric outlets, some lamps cannot be used because they are not plugged in as there's limited outlet available.

It was a wonderful vacation. The owners are very polite. The apartment is just what we need to be comfortable.

And then informed me they were closed for the season. I wasn’t warned, no one communicated with me about that. So here I was, left with my two kids trying to find something last minute. I will never book with them again.

The door entering the hotel room lock was broke.. when I called Management in reference to the issue date explained to me that they know it's broken just to go with the key in the lock and it's still open which takes 5 minutes each time you leave the room to get back in..

This was a false advertisement, The office is not at the building and I got hard time to get them, They gave me different room in different building, no washer and dryer, No internet and with 3 kids I have it was like a hell without internet, and the second room have no air condition. It was terrible, I am disappointed at Hotel.com

I loved being right on the beach, near, but not too near the boardwalk traffic - we were on the 3rd floor. I was happy to have Angelo check in on us one night and Thelma check on us the morning of check out. The property is an older one, so there were some minor issues; nails on the deck floor sticking out, unable to lock the back door, but still a great place to be for the money.

I stayed here last year it was the beat experience I have no complaints!

I still can't find it anywhere. I was told it's on the website, I just didn't read it. Parking was pretty bad, and the three flights of stairs were exhausting. The room was ok. Dingy and dirty a little. The sliding door didn't work right, so it was a pain to get out to the balcony. The view from the balcony was terrible. You can't see anything because the stairs are in the way. There was no privacy, and the people next door were smoking so much we couldn't sit out there anyway. We found a dirty sock in our bed... Oh, but we did find bedding in the dressers after being reprimanded for not having brought our own. We wouldn't stay again.

After booking over a month in advance, they cancelled my reservation and sent me a single email about it, which was lost in spam. I found out the day before my trip and had to spend an extra $500 booking a new hotel on short notice. The manager was extremely rude and very unapologetic. Stay away!

Loved the convenience being on the boardwalk. Beds were comfortable, good airconditioning, but be prepared to climb a lot of stairs, if Ur on top floors. We were too old for the week long struggle.

Arrived at 8 pm, hotel was dark, no one answered at door that said office. We came with young children and were totally stranded. Thanks a lot Expedia for this nightmare experience. Luckily, we went next door to Howard Johnson's and they had one room left.

Just terrible. It had outdated appliances, was not clean, and had $5 beds. Hotel description and pictures were nothing like as described.
