Excellent location! Close to Khaosan Road but without noise. Simple hotel but good!

The best hotel for both buses and Chao Phraya Express, adjacent to Kaosan road, offers restaurant, massage and nightlife, but a quiet place free from noise, and even a swimming pool at an affordable price!!

It was excellent. The Khao san Road is right on, easy transportation. I missed the hotel's buffet breakfast option adding to my booking. Even if I am going back for a night from the Chiang Mai trip before I go back to my home, I would not make it. Maybe some other time.

On check in was given a room on the 3rd floor B Block, with no lift. Explained to them I am in my 70's and cannot climb stairs. Staff refused to give me a room with lift access unless I paid THB 200 extra. I refused to pay extra. I have stayed here on 7 different occasions over the last 2 years. I was really disappointed and angry. I will never book another night here. Stayed here for 2 nights the week before 8-10 Oct again the staff booked me into B Block no lift, again I refused that room. I would like a explanation from Management.

Clean and really friendly service

The room was very well appointed, and the shower was very good. The deposit on the key wasnt mentioned anywhere before hand, and the only accepted cash for it. The pool was tired but nice and had no issues with the lifts or rooms. If you are a light sleeper though, noise from outside isnt an issue, doors slamming and the walls being 2 tissue papers thick will be an issue. Bring ear plugs. Otherwise a very well positioned hotel for exploring the area around.

Many things was very good! The location is very near by A4 bus station.

This place is located in a great area for Bangkok, it allows for plenty of peace and quiet whilst being round the corner from all the madness Our room itself was very good for the price and the pool was lovely on a hot day with great view surrounding it. Also the various options around the hotel complex were amazing, especially the blue food van just outside of the entrance to the hotel where I had the best pad Thai I’ve ever had! Would highly recommend for Bangkok

Stayed with a few friends for the start of our travels around Thailand. Hotel was in an excellent location and easy to access. Staff were very polite and welcoming and service was excellent! Would definitely recommend:)

Hotel is minutes from bustle of khao san road but I had a room at the back which was quiet. Rooms are basic but clean and ok for the price. En suite door was very noisy and window was onto corridor the only downside

Staff was helpful. Hotel was in near vicinity with shopping areas. I just wish the room had even a small couch aside from the bed.

This place is super convenient if you are wanting to be in the heart of Khao San road without all the chaos. However this hotel is very outdated and the pictures shown are for the premier hotel which is more than the price of the regular hotel. I was very disappointed with my stay.

Great location and good value for the price. Rooms are dated and can be noisy at times, however for the location, it's ideal. Biggest let down was the wifi, absolutely terrible. All in all, if you want to be amongst the action, be here, if you want quiet and luxury, don't stay here.

Filthy room that had a disgusting smell. Dirty and not cleaned properly from previous occupants. No toilet paper in bathroom. Air conditioning faulty and not working. Hotel couldn’t care less and would help with anything. Booked for 3 nights but only stayed for one, only because we arrived late and were tired. We booked out first thing the following morning. Wouldn’t even give this place a one star. 3rd world dump of a place.

Great location it was just a base for us to get some sleep and plan the next part of our journey. The rooms are very tired, cold shower, pool was great on the roof, staff were helpful and friendly. Extremely cheap budget hotel so we believe we got what we paid for so we were happy it’s all and experience. Would definitely stay in that area again but would spend some more money on our accommodation. We also felt safe which is very important.

Near kuosan rd but far enough away to be quiet. Plenty of nice bars and restaurants close by. Good for Royal Palace and temples. Good breakfast. Rooms were basic but clean and tidy.

Bus accessible to a lot of places but Abit anoid to the waiting time No lift but overall not bad

1) First of all , No lift to the room which located on third floor, struggled to transfer luggage to the room, not convenience. 2) pool always busy and not accessible 3) even night time , always noisy on alleyway by the staff and slamming doors, you won't get sound sleep

This property was in an amazing location, it was very close to a pier where you could catch ferry’s and other cool boat rides to popular destinations and it was also a walkable distance from the grand palace as well as right next to some really cool markets! However the hotel itself wasn’t amazing, the staff was pretty friendly but I was on the 4th floor and there was no elevator, and the room itself wasn’t very clean. When I went to bed and pulled the covers back there was quite a bit of long hair in the bed, there also wasn’t a refrigerator, hairdryer, or other common things normally in hotel rooms but this is more of a budget hotel so that’s to be expected lol. Overall i do recommend this hotel if you’re on a budget and don’t plan to spend much time at the hotel anyways!

Room was clean but very minimal. The mattress was super hard. But did have AC. In general just ok.
