I love staying here, staff and security guards are friendly and helpful. Only problem is the hotel has 2 elevators, they shut down 1 elevator to save cost but they keep hanging a signage saying "under maintenance". It is very inconvenient and sometimes long waiting time for the elevator. The elevator can house only 4 passengers.

My stays at JinJang Inn has always been pleasant and enjoyable experience. The place is clean and friendly and very close to top shopping districts. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a budget friendly accommodation with a top rate service.

It was close to the malls which was great.. the room was a bit dim wish they would change the lighting to brighter white lights

The hotel is located conveniently, it has several malls within walking distance and you have multiple options for dining. The staff is genuinely friendly and very helpful.

I enjoyed my stay again in jin jiang hotel. The only problem is still the service staff standard in the cafeteria during breakfast. The staff cannot communicate and lack of skills, initiatives, and even intelligence. So hard to communicate, even in simplest English, they can get it WRONG.

Certain fixtures in the room could use a deep clean (shower head, bidet, etc) but all in all, I had a great stay

I always stay here when I'm in Manila. No complaints. Affordable and clean.

I gave it 3 out of 5 stars. The hotel was clean but the toilet always kept getting clogged. The toilet paper was inferior quality. It wasn't even one-ply. I think it was a half-ply. We had to buy our own toilet paper at a nearby convenience store. The bathroom door lock was broken so we had to keep warning my co-occupants that someone was inside the bathroom. There were 2 elevators but one was under repair throughout my stay and I was there for 10 days. Other than that, the place served its purpose of providing a habitable place to take a bath and sleep. But there's a lot, as in, A LOT that could be improved. I might stay here again if I don't find a better place. I'll just remember to bring my own toilet paper. Let me add that during 1 time I ate in their cafe, I noticed that the paper napkin I was about to use had what appeared to be lipstick stains. I complained to the restaurant staff but they were quick to blame it on the napkin supplier.

I stayed there with my wife whom i married while i was there for 2 weeks. The staff was very friendly and always were accommodating. I will definitely stay again. Thank you all for helping make my trip the best ever. Yes the place needs a little updating but dont let that stop you from staying here. It was very safe clean and bug free. And the aircon was fabulous. This place gets my 5☆ rating 🙂

Water is dripping from the air conditioning of the initial room I was booked in. Since it was late, I decided to stay in the same room and I was transferred to a different room the next day. The rooms need to be renovated as some of the fixtures are already damaged, eg., tables and chairs are worn. The bathroom also needs serious upgrade as there are molds everywhere. One of the lifts is also not working, my room was just in the second floor so I just used the stairs whenever the lift is busy. The best part of the stay here is definitely the staff as they were really helpful in all of my asks.

The rooms were reasonably priced. They were spacious and clean. However, there were molds in the bathroom. They transferred us to different rooms but they still had some mold, just not as bad. I could see some mold in the shower head too. I woke up with insect bites on my legs and arm, possibly bed bugs and because of those issues, I decided to switch hotels and they gave me the refund for the unused position of my stay. I think these issues need to be mentioned. I had read 2 reviews that mentioned molds and I ignored it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient because it is an easy walk to Megamall and ShangriLa.

Small, quiet, clean, helpful staff all -around. Rooms spacious and immaculate. Love the ceramic floors and big, high pressure shower. Good resto and breakfast onsite. Hallways and walls need serious updating.

Parking is limited so that’s the old problem.
