The prices is affordable. The management is so accommodating and friendly. The room was so clean and nice with a coffee maker and free goodies. The rooms have been upgraded and they have done a nice job.

Amazing woman at the front desk was so helpful when my plans had changed because of a fire evacuation. She did not hesitate to let me know she was there to help with anything I would need during the time of uncertainty. She was very kind and accommodating 🙏 I would definitely recommend this place to anyone making a stop in Hinton :)

Front desk agent was so friendly. Saw the cutest husky outside with piercing blue eyes. Honestly I’d stay here again just to see the dog. Huge rooms, very clean, and a great kitchen.

The room was set up nicely with bed and kitchette, bathroom, and second bed in separate room. Very clean. Some renovations done to freshen up the room. Lynn at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly.

The outside property is pretty loud and not really scenic as it is beside the highway. I love that its near strabucks tho. Lol! Our room was pretty clean and overall pleasing and it looks like it is newly renovated as what other comments mention. The lady in the check in wasnt there to meet us but she conveniently left the key hidden enough and not too hard to find. And also our check in was suppose to be at 3pm but we could check in at 1pm which was super convenient The only thing was the room only have one chair for the table and we are a family of four. The lady read my concern and immediately provided as the chair no hassle and for that I apprecite it! Overall it is a wonderful experience and would definitely stay there again for a road trip across the rockies!

Although it doesn’t look like it on the outside, this hotel has nicely renovated rooms: granite countertop kitchenette, alcove soaking tub, heated bathroom flooring. Even though it is near the train tracks, the AC unit’s blowing covered any noise from there pretty well. It was a quiet place to stay and we were nicely surprised to find our particular room that was supposed to have 2 queens actually had a king and a queen packed into the sleeping zone. If you are light sensitive, be prepared with a face mask as there are no blackout curtains and the outside lighting is very bright.

The outside looked like we might have chosen a low scale hotel but inside the room we were pleasantly surprised that the room had new renovations. Comfy beds and great bathroom and kitchen spaces with everything you needed. Great price and friendly staff at the front desk. Room door went straight to the parking lot so easy for people with pets to let outside. Would stay here again (:

This is probably the most pet friendly place I have stayed at yet. Staff was very informative on good places to go with my furry travel companion.

The room wasnt worth what we paid for it. It was okay, we were only staying as a stop before driving through the rockies. The room was clean and the kitchen was stocked. We were told the room was renovated but there was piping exposed and parts of the wall werent reattached. The parking lot was kind of hard to get into. TV and light switches were in weird places.

Fantastic place to stay just 1 hour from Jasper. Newly renovated lovely and clean rooms (don't mind the exterior, at this time the outside is not renovated yet) the inside is perfect. Friendly service and plenty of towels, dishtowels etc. The best place we stayed during our 3 week roadtrip!

They need to complete the renovations they started. There were holes in the walls where things had been worked on or removed. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom very small, no vanity to put things on. Rooms were clean. Nothing elegant but was plenty good enough to spend the night.

We had a very lovely experience at the Hinton Highway Motel. The staff Lynn was amazing. She recommended places to eat and let us check out later on our final day there. She really made us feel important and not another number like other places we have stayed. Would definitely be back and loved the newly renovated room. Will recommend to friends.

It was wonderful one night stay for 4 family members with baby in renovated room: new furniture, appliances in kitchen, paint, flooring. A lot of privacies: 2 rooms in one flat, even we asked room with 2 beds only, individual entrance outside.
