The hotel's cheap, but not really feasible for cold seasons.
Bad: No bathtub to soak your body/ feet after a long day. The floor is always cold, the aircon does not come with a heater, you may need to request at the counter, there's only 1 elevator. Housekeeping always leave my windows open after they clean... I understand it is to air the room... But it's blardy cold when I enter...
Good: it's in the middle of choryang n Busan station, lots of food options, firm beds, rainshower shower...

Near to train station,approx 1-2mins walk. Counter staff can understand English. Clean toilet n hotel. Family room for 4 is good ,reasonable size. Most importantly bed is comfortable for everyone. Sound proof room.

Hotel is close to Busan train station if you are coming in from the Ktx; a short walk to get there. Area is close to many eateries so easy to find food. The hotel is however pretty old, rooms haven’t been updated in a while and amenities few as well. Wasn’t impressed by the hotel but is adequate if you are just staying a few days.

The hotel is located at a very convenient place which is closed to the metro station exit. I only took within five minutes walk from the exit two to the hotel. There are some restaurants where I can have my meals overe there. In addition, the Hotel is also closed to the Busan station from where I can have more selections on having my three meals.

Great service from staff. Most of them could understand English. They went the extra mile in meeting our every need; assisting us in finding restaurants, shopping areas, clubs and transportation. Located close to subway and markets.

The hotel's flyer states "Ultimate Luxury & Comfort". No, it is not. Luxurious hotels do not have holes in their towels. It was an okay place to stay if you're just looking for a place for the night. The doors slam closed, so it's hard to sleep if your neighbors come in late. There are windows, but they are covered so you can not see out! Being in a small room can make a person feel very cramped.
The hotel is 3 blocks from the train station, so it's convenient. There is also a good market nearby.
The staff spoke very little English, but were pleasant and tried to help the best they could with directions.

Staff was very friendly pointed me to some very nice restaurants. Room was very good, unfortunately it was a bit dark. Otherwise a nice stay!

I needed a room for a few hours overnight before heading to the airport. Once I was on the KTX heading to Busan, I realised I have booked the wrong date. I arrived after midnight and the date I booked was one day later. Texted the hotel via hotels.com. I got a reply asking if I wanted to change the date (it was too late for me to change the on the system). Turned up and the gent at reception just ask for my name, handed me the key. Relief. I slept for 6 h then headed to the airport! My room has 2 double beds, clean an comfy. Highly recommended.

Compact and functional hotel located close to Busan Station and subway stations. Rooms were small but cozy, though a little tight for three pax and our luggage . The bathroom area could have done with more design thinking, e.g. the toilet bowl was located too close to the wall, a separate shower area with drainage would help prevent the entire bathroom from getting wet, the air-conditioning pipe dripped directly onto the bathroom floor and contributed to the general wetness of the area. Nevertheless, the hotel was good and generally comfortable enough for our short stay in Busan.

There is no food and coin operated laundry services in the hotel. Have to walk 3 junctions from the Busan KTX station. The underpass leading to the Choryang station is very quiet.v
