Only parking for 2 cars but Tracy was very helpful in giving location of 2 public car parks nearby. Excellent location to walk into town and the Castle and gardens

Many thanks especially to Tracy for accommodating us with our request during our stay last April.

The room needed a thorough deep clean. The shower was in a cupboard, I didn’t shower as it was too dirty. The toilet was in a cupboard down a ramp. Communication was good.

The location was excellent with parking & so was the price. However the room was tired & needed a deep clean & new mattresses.

The hotel was great, they allowed me to mince around the premises wearing my arseless leather chaps and nipple clamps during the day and my yellow hot pants in the evening.

Room nicely appointed and spacious. Would liked to have shelf space in the bathroom. Poor sound insulation from neighbouring room (I could hear them talking and even sound of drawers opening & closing ).

Was disappointed that could not have a soak in the bath that’s what made me chose it when saw picture

The guest house was in a very good position for the town and amenities. However the apartment that we stayed in was tired, in need of redecorating and repair as the window frames were crumbling and difficult to keep open. I would give the cleanliness a 3. The cooker was not very clean and unusable as there were no saucepans. We didn't see the owner once during our stay.

Nice pleasant stay, great location very private. The Georgian guesthouse is basic and this is reflected in the price, but has everything you need (except breakfast although there are plenty of options locally), nice clean rooms and a very helpful owner.

Have stayed here a number of times and we got a great room until breakfast time at 8am when peoples were standing outside of our room(room 4) and were quite noisy. I have a feeling this has changed hands in the last few months

Great breakfast. Great hostess. Comfortable beds. Within easy walking distance of alnwick centre.

Comfortable stay with typical English bed & breakfast. Friendly hosts; would have liked standard tea bags to be supplied alongside herbal options & a plug in the bath! Good location for visiting Alnwick gardens and/or castle & within close driving distance of Northumbrian coast.

Great little b&b really comfortable beds and Jo makes you feel very welcome

Booked our room months in advance only to be told on the day of our arrival that they were double booked and we had been moved to a b+b up the road. Ended up with a box room on the top floor and there wasn't even a shower available. Can't fault the people at the b+b as they were very nice and did find room for us at short notice. Hence the box room and no shower. Not impressed the The Georgian Guesthouse and will not be booking there in the future. We were given the oppinion that it was far from the first time they have failed to manage their booking system.

On a very short stop-over to break a long journey, so didnt have much chance to use the hotel facilities. But we were made very welcome from the moment we arrived and the staff were both friendly and helpful.

Room 8 was noisy- traffic8 foot from the bed!and small bathroom was across the hall down stairs up other stairs . Breakfast was limited- no fresh fruit or pastries. No wholesale bread.

The staff have been extremely proactive and kind.

What a lovely B and B...the owners could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. The bed was extremely comfy and the breakfast was delicious. Lovely place and right in the centre of Alnwick so perfect for the gardens,castle and Barter Books. Thank you so much!

Our room was a lot smaller than we expected especially the ensuite. The sink was so small you could barely was your hands in it. The description on the advert makes the place sound better than it is as the whole place just needs an update.

Great location, absolutely lovely staff, so accommodating! Free parking all over Alnwick. My only minor negative was the leaky bathroom tap !!

Nice hotel next to town centre. Clean room, friendly staff. Gone too early to try the breakfast :) The only minus is alocated parking. Will stay again.
