The rooms were amazing with one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. The resort itself is beautiful. Service was very poor. The bartenders at the pool bar were not very friendly and it took forever for us to get all of our things. The dinner and breakfast was a similar experience with waiting over 40 minutes for our dinner. Food was very average. Although the rooms were very clean, the pool bathroom was disgusting with being unable to use most of the toilets. For 500 dollars a night, I would expect someone to come ensure its cleanliness throughout the day. The hot tubb seemed broken and the water was painfully hot to the point that everyone who tried to go in could not. I usually love hot tubbs to be what everyone around me says "too hot" but this was to another degree where it felt like you were actually getting burned when you put your foot in. Overall we had a great time. The hammocks were very nice, the water was great, and the view is beautiful. I Was disappointed at the service and cleanliness for the price point.

Amazing! My mother and I planned a quick trip to Key largo to look at wedding venues & stayed at Playa Largo for just a few short days. The staff are so kind, so welcoming and overall just very attentive! The resort was gorgeous, our room always clean, and the food was delicious. We look forward to visiting Playa Largo Resort again!

The rooms were expensive, but that was understandable, and knew that going in. The bed and the rooms were super nice....but that's where the enjoyment ends. To sit in the gazebo float....$600 a day? The kayak rentals were $57 an hour. 2 eggs, toast, and bacon...$22. A glass of milk for the kids was $10 each. The stay was nice but will obviously be a one time stay.

Very nice but some wear & tear on furniture in the room. The food and drinks were unimpressive for the price and location.

This time we went was for our honeymoon. It was noisy. People were playing their own music which was vulgar and inappropriate. There was blood on the sheets and curtains. Very disappointed with our stay this time. Especially for all the fees each day.

Property was excellent and the staff was incredible! Was initially put in the wrong room we paid for, but after advising of this, we were provided a resort credit!

Overall positive experience. Only complaint would be sub-par experience at dinner. Service from hostess and server was not top notch as the rest of our visit/experiences. Property was clean, updated, and offered choices of amenities. Rental of equipment was a bit over the top; therefore, we declined from using it. The breakfast buffet was impressive. We would stay at Playa Largo again.

This is our 2nd stay here and it was amazing both times. Great beach access and live music. The rooms are nice and room service on point. Fishing poles and swim mats provided as part of the stay. Sandra was so friendly and helpful, she puts great effort in to her work. We will definitely be back again soon. This place never disappoints.

Beautifully appointed, wonderful staff, delicious food, great pool.

Our first time in Key Largo on a family trip and staying here was perfect. Our room was clean and had a table and chairs on our balcony with views of the ocean. Lots of options for dining. Only downside is we didn’t realize that the sand didn’t lead right until the ocean. There are sandy areas and steps that go into the water.

It took over an hour to deliver a remote.

Everything about Playa Largo is great, from the rooms, restaurants, pool, beach and staff. Omg, the staff… everyone here is just amazing. If you’re at the sand bar make yourself a favor and ask for Sasha he mixes the best cocktails, if you’re at the pool/beach area look for Luigi he’s really welcoming and friendly, at El sol restaurant look for Javier! I’ll be back soon with my whole family.

They charged 49 dollars like resort fee ,after I pay a lot of money for the room , the food was really bad
