Just short walk from terminal. Perfect rest arriving at 3 am after horrible 3 hour flight delay

Positives: handy location, good bed, fairly quiet, good underground carpark fairly priced.
Negative: expensive for standard room, was not serviced, 5 calls to reception to try to fix, then coffee and hot chocolate not replaced so second morning we could have hot drink.

Great overnight stay. So convenient after a flight. Loved the room set up. Comfortable bed. Chicken Korma in the restaurant highly recced. Helpful staff.

Great location if you’ve got business around the airport. The rooms are nice and clean, albeit pretty basic. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, with not enough staff available to help guests and a lack of cutlery, bowls, milk and sometimes even hot food.

We always stay here when we have an early flight and it is always a great stay. Check in is always straightforward and Vibe has this knack for always having amazing front office staff. Nasir was so personable and efficient, it’s always appreciated to meet a friendly, smiling face on arrival.

We love staying here and love the size of the one bedroom apartment. Very cosy and great buffet options.
Only downfall is the staff are a little behind in providing timely service for room service. We asked for Towels and Ice and this wasn't provided at all, I had to go to reception and ask.

I love the architecture of the property, clearly based on the New York Guggenheim Museum. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great access to the airport!!!!

The bathroom shower fittings in the room were old and clogged. Water came out as a drizzle and expected better from a hotel of quality, that is not that old.

A lovely clean and warm hotel. Rooms are sound proof so you hardly hear the planes’ noises.

Room not serviced at all for a two night stay
Food was average at best
No cheese on the continental buffet

Never dine there. They are v expensive and the portion size was not enough to fill my tummy.

The staff were a little rude when it came to breakfast organisation. We also asked for Cots and front desk one of the staff members always said it’s not their department.
But worst of all, inside the draws in the kitchen is all u cleaned food scrap and bread crumbs.
