My room was pretty clean and came with a big terrasse. The bed was comfy, the room was well equipped. I liked the breakfast and also in general, can recommend the restaurant. Staff was very friendly. The hotel bar is a bit hidden, but very nice with a DJ and some specials every day. Anyway, I paid 799 Rupies for a small beer which was the only available option, way too expensive. The next day, Indian guests got served huge bottles of a different beer, not sure why this wasn't available for me the day before. The shower heads in the rooms were pretty dirty and should be exchanged. But all in all, I was very satisfied. The environment is noisy, a lot of traffic, you can smell the waste disposal some kilometers away. But it's India, you have to count with that. Public transport is nearby and it's not far to the beach by Uber. I also liked the pool and the gym, both nice and clean. Thank you for a nice stay in Chennai.

Very clean all kinds of facilities available

Everything well for business trip except very bad quality internet and mobile signal connectivity.

Pre-paid for 6 nights. Had to check out in two days due to personal reasons for the sake of my 6 month old daughter. Requested refund with hotel. Request was rejected and the Resevations department was rude with the response. Clean and neat stay but wont recommend due to poor customer service.

Nice modern Apart hotel, stayed there for 3 nights, staff were friendly and ready to assist with all my requests. Internet was slow but other than that everything was great.

Rooms were super contemporary and fulfils all the needs for business trip. Loved the entire process right from checkin to checkout. Quality of restaurant food can be better.

The Citadines is a good hotel with great staff and very comfortable. It was perfect for my one-night stay and I will certainly recommend it.

Fantastic location, 1 Bed apartment I stayed has all the convenient features includes kitchenette, washing machine. Excellent room service and delivery service by delivery guys. Awful house keeping and such a sloppy and lazy service as they don’t clean when you request. Food quality is also bad during the breakfast as they concentrate on quantity instead of quality. WiFi speed can be improved a lot. Travel concierge is missing in this hotel which is a pain.

It was a comfortable and pleasant stay at Citadines. I happen to spend 5 days at the hotel with my family. The hotel is clean and staff at the front desk and housekeeping are all very nice. The morning breakfast was good and had plenty of options. I would recommend Citadines and i will stay here the next time I visit Chennai.

In fact, every time I visited Chennai I was so dissatisfied with IBIS Hotel (both at OMR and Sipcot) that I was badly looking for an alternative - and Citadine is great.Very friendly and helpful staff at front desk, housekeeping and restaurantRoom cleaning, Housekeeping, and Replenishment need a lot of improvement. When checked in, the working desk had full of tea/coffee marks. Dishes for the In-room dining served from the restaurant were not removed even in 2 days.Replenishment of toiletries was horrible and I was told by the housekeeping person that they are out of stock for toiletries. Only to get more than one may need after I put up a complaint.During cleaning, used coffee mugs and glasses were removed but never kept back. So had to call the Housekeeping again for the mug/glass.

Good Hotel for a short stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is quiet, spacious and very clean. I found the bed confortable and the quality of sleep was good. The quality of the breakfast could be improved. Overall good Hotel for the price you pay.

The Hotel was much worse than I expected. The room was nice and espacious but not very well cleaned. I found hairs in the bed and also the bathroom was not clean enough. Staff was friendly and helpful. Situation in a business area. I will not stay here again.
