We had a great time at the Brittany. It was is a convenient location. The staff was very friendly. Overall, my family had a great time.

The location is great and pool area was nice. Room was dated but clean. Staff was friendly. If it was less expensive I would have been happier with the condition but for 300 a night a little disappointing. But most places appear to be much more expensive.

The staff was cordial when we arrived in our room the tv wasn’t working so we called the front desk to notify them. While waiting for someone to come my husband noticed there was a leak coming from the ceiling and a hole in the ceiling next to the air vent. The maintenance man arrived in about 15 minutes and he got the tv to work. When told about the leak in the ceiling and the hole in the ceiling next to the vent he looked at it and said someone would be back to repair it. So we put the trash can in the middle of the hallway to catch the water and this was an inconvenience because to get to the bedroom or the bathroom you had to go around the trash can. Also the balcony door wouldn’t lock. 3 days later no one ever came to deal with the leak or the hole. The bathroom is small and had no exhaust so every time you took a shower everything in the bathroom was damp including the floor so you had to watch your step as not to slip. There were no comforters for the beds just the fitted and flat sheet were on the beds and the were 2 blankets on the shelf which meant 1 person was cold during the night because there were 3 beds and 3 guest. The pool area was the only thing in this motel that was updated we had a very nice time at the pool. The room was out dated there were no usb ports to charge phones or electronics and not enough wall sockets the pictures on their website don’t coincide with the room. If you book here stay away from room 215 you’ll be very disappointed.

My wife and I have been coming to wildwood for over 40 years and this was one of the worst experiences we had besides Bin’s motel going down hill. The room my wife and I was room 107 at the Brittany and that room was a mess. I t had a leak from the ceiling and water on the floor We looked up it was a piece of board covering up damage to the ceiling. My husband told the guy all he did was bring a old dirty rug and put it on the floor, and said it should stop soon. He said the only room we have left is a suite my husband said we are only here for two days and why should we pay more money. Room need to be remodeled and upgraded, My wife is a very clean person and she was very very disappointed. One thin sheet on the bed we had to share and clean linen and heaver blankets need to be provided. The air was really cold at night. Towels were old and hard and. Did not look clean. The pictures on your website are not true to your hotel.

Great place & great location! Just a short walk to the boardwalk, restaurants & entertainment. My son and i enjoyed our stay! We’ll definitely be back!

It is a great spot for the board walk, we go every year for the country music festival. Rooms are clean just a little old, service kept the room and floor clean every day! Only thing that would make it better is more comfy beds, but otherwise great!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating to what we needed. Sadly, we had issues with the Wi-Fi working in our room.

Very friendly staff. Was a problem with no hot water . It would only be warm. Room was very clean and roomy.

It was great, the owner or manager let us check in way earlier than scheduled time. Went there for one night to see the next President Trump. Room was close to everything, very nice people!!!

Room was terrible. It had insects and mosquitos and was smelly. The people were very friendly.

Stayed here many times, never disappointed. The motel is older (like the vast majority) but clean and everything works. Pool is large, clean, with lots of sun. Location is perfect, Pink Cadillac diner right across the street, great retro place to have breakfast. Boardwalk 2 blocks away with beach just beyond. Keep in mind, it's a long walk to the water, but worth it.

Place was run down. Bathroom sink water slow to drain. Turning knob in bathroom sink kept breaking off.

Good location. Dated amenities. Nice staff overall. Pool was nice. Room was clean but older facility. Did not care for the plastic covering on the mattresses or the extension cords everywhere. Staff and guests smoked under shelters and non smoking areas.

Overall, we were pleased with our stay. The room was clean, the air conditioner worked well and the staff were friendly. There were a lot of kids at the pool, having fun and making noise, but it was not a bother. It is good to hear kids laughing and having a good time.

No electricity for 2 days with no accommodations at all and they charged me with a different price when I arrived

The staff was fantastic! The bed was really uncomfortable. I could feel every spring in it. The first night I couldn’t find any blankets, there was just a sheet on the bed. The staff took care of me the following morning.

DO NOT STAY HERE !!! My family and i arrived here on Saturday . We walked in the room and of course didn’t judge because all the hotels well most are outdated so we put our stuff down and went right to the board walk to eat we we’re starving from our long drive we got back around 11pm walked in the room it smelt like horrible mildew we took the blankets off the bed the sheets were FILTHY !! My husband went down stairs to tell the owner he gave him a key for another room went to look at that one completely the same thing DISGUSTING!!! 11:45pm now .. we are searching for a new hotel calling and finally found one thank god we packed our stuff went down stairs i told The owner we will not be staying and we want a refund he asked why i said We told you the rooms are disgusting and he REPLIES !!!!! All the rooms are disgusting everywhere is disgusting now no one cares about cleaning anymore … i was In complete shock that the owner himself said right in our faces he knew how disgusting his hotel was . Never ever again we went over to the blue wave instead and it was beautiful clean !!!! Owners were amazing and even tho you have to drive to the rides because it’s all the way down the board walk we will stay here every time now !!!!
