The hostess, Josee, is very warm and welcoming. The entire ground floor of the house is the B&B, which includes a large, comfortable living room and full kitchen. Our room was also large and comfortable with a great bed and spacious living space as well! Breakfast was excellent, the backyard pool area has tons of seating and amazing views of the lake and the whole valley. Overall, an excellent stay.

Beautiful location with an amazing host. The backyard is like an Eden with a pool, incredible views and colorful landscaping. The rooms are very clean and private with access to common area. Our room had everything we needed, including a little fridge and coffee maker. As this is a Bed & Breakfast, we had the great privilege to experience Josee's delicious Eggs Benedict. This made my husband's Birthday weekend very special. We would definitely NOT hesitate to come back. :) Evelinne & Dave (visiting from Edmonton)

Our stay here was amazing! The host here provided excellent service while also keeping the place gleaming. The handmade breakfast we got each morning was sublime and always packed with a fun variety of foods. Our host really went above and beyond, and I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway in Kelowna!

Very beautiful, quiet, clean villa, friendly staff. A delicious and hearty breakfast will cheer you up in the morning, and the sunset that you can watch sitting on the luxurious terrace will leave an unforgettable memory!

We were lucky enough to get the B&B to ourselves in the dead of winter. Jossee was very accommodating to our dietary needs and gave us complete privacy. The breakfasts were excellent, our room was nicely appointed and we made good use of the both the hot tub and the double tub in our room.
The common area is very nice and having some fridge & freezer space was great. If you want some exercise, there are great hills to walk in the area or it's 5-10 minutes to drive to the waterfront.
We're definitely going to try to come back in the summer to make use of the pool!

Josee and Andrew are the perfect hosts, they look after you from the moment you arrive until the time you leave. The pool area is a nice place to relax in the mornings and after the heat of the day has passed in the evening. The bed was nice and comfy and the area was extremely quiet even though it was only a few minutes by car to downtown Kelowna and the malls. We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay there.

What a spot! Great parking, close to everything, the room was out of this world, the views were spectacular, heated in ground pool, hot tub, terrace seating, delicious breakfasts, wonderful dinner and the most amazing couple who looks after anything you may need. Our best holiday ever!

Beautiful in every way! Beautifully decorated! Continental breakfast supplied was outstanding and classy. Very pieceful with saltwater pool and shaded gazebo right outside each private door. Will definitely be back.

Sherri is an amazing Hostess!! Unfortunately, we ran into health issues the night we arrived after our Wedding and ended up in emergency the whole time we were there and did not get to fully enjoy the potential of the Villa!! Sherri kept in personal contact with the entire time offering any assistance she could!!! The room, the grounds, and the hostess were TOP NOTCH!! Sherri has offered us a FREE do over for our first anniversary!! How amazing is that!! She has great suggestions for a spectacular Romantic experience I would HIGHLY recommend this experience to any and all who want a special piece of paradise!!

Hotel had difficult access to room for my wife who was using a cane. Several trip hazards in the room and no effective air-conditioning. Breakfast was set by host with no input from us. Most we left as a result. We left early because of access and room challenges for my wife. Hostess was very gracious and helped where she could, including complementary wine and treats. Lessen for me is to do more research about the facility before booking.

Had a great stay at A Vista Villa. Sherry, the innkeeper, has done a fabulous job creating a a romantic getaway location in the suburbs of Kelowna. We stayed in the Regal Suite which had a private deck and great views of the lake and area. Lots of wonderful touches from Sherry to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Nice breakfast included, pool, relaxing environment and comfortable room. There are a few local restaurants but they are not within walking distance. Would highly recommend staying here.

Sherry is so sweet and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and has lots of amenities that you actually want to use! The pool is a salt water pool that is warmed and the fire pit is lots of fun. The jacuzzi tub is amazing . It’s quiet and relaxing. We had a really great time and will be back.

Only issue was that the tv in the bedroom had no cable during the stay.

Unfortunately this place was closing down for the winter and the owner didnt expect any guests so the pool was closed as they were resealing all decks. Great view of the city, clean and had everything that was needed. Quiet and a good location. A nice jetted tub

Our stay was awesome from the moment we arrived. Sherry was very welcoming and the Villa is beautiful. Very quiet room and very comfortable bed. There is fresh fruits and cookies available at all times and the continental style breakfast is very nice. Also minutes drive away from restaurants and even downtown Kelowna. I would definitely stay again.

This is typical B&B, only 4 rooms, well maintained but really old-fashioned design. If you are in your Retired couple you will probably like it as it Feels like you get back into 80th. Our suite had very weird layout- no privacy at all. Only bathroom had a door, but the sink are and shower/bathtub did not have any separation from bedroom. If you want to change or shave your legs- you have to do it in front of your husband! No window in a bedroom, only one window in second room, that looks out to the pool, and only solid blinds. so if you want to get some sun or natural light into your room -you have to be prepared to be completely exposed to other guests, that are spending time by the pool. The owner markets the property is 'luxury' but in reality you get a feeling of 2.5 or 3-star properly: e.g. all bathroom amenities are provided in dispencers or large-size bottles, with hand made labels, no individual soap or shampoo as any decent hotel provides now to the guests. Old fashion coffee machine, and extra charge for 'gourmet' coffee. Locations is Far from everything and you have to drive to any place to get food or drink (no kitchen on the property). Very quiet area, close to goof course.

We stayed at the Vista Villa for 3 nights and extended it to a 4th. We were at first a bit reluctant to stay at this style of setting but were blown away within 3 minutes of our arrival. Absolutely beautiful yard, pool, view and room. Sherry is a world class host who makes sure you have everything you could ever want, and leaves you with total privacy. We will never stay anywhere else in Kelowna!
