We enjoyed our stay at the harbor in very much Mike the manager of the N is beyond helpful and beyond professional he did everything he could to make our state perfect I highly recommend the harbor and for your next trip to Kennebunk

The owners have done a great deal to make your stay great. We had a nice experience. I would definitely recommend it! This was our last place to stay on an 8 day travel experience all through New England. I would say we saved the best for last!

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Harbour Inn. The owner Mike made us very welcome from the moment that we arrived. Some aspects of the property, particularly the bathrooms, need updating, but we appreciate that this is an ongoing project.

The Harbor Inn was a beautiful, quaint bed and breakfast. Close enough to walk to downtown shopping and dining but far enough for quiet porch time! Mike was a super host - thinking of everything for a perfect stay and making great recommendations. Absolutely will return next time we’re in Kennebunkport!

The host Mike was great and kind. He took the time to make us comfortable and welcome. We were there to run a half marathon and he filled a cooler with ice and waters for us. So sweet. The property is beautiful, it is an old house, so expect creaky floors and no central air. I do believe the price is a bit high but it is Kennebunk in summer.

Our stay at the Harbor Inn was fantastic! Beautiful home and great location. Communication with the our host was excellent and they went out of their way to meet our needs. Our stay was topped off by a very yummy breakfast!

Great location and comfortable beds. Bathroom was clean, but had nowhere to set anything on. Had only tub with shower nozzle (no curtain, etc. to a take a shower) and no place to set shampoo soap or towel. Antique front door was cool looking, but very hard to open. All 3 in our party could not open the door from the inside and felt a bit trapped inside. Also ripped finger open trying to get door open.

We really enjoyed our one night stay. The location is perfect, close walk to the water, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was great also!

It was a very nice B&B, walkable to town. On main road but quiet. House reminded me of the one I grew up in. Bill and his mom, Ginger were so nice. Breakfast (made by Bill) was wonderful. Will stay there again when visiting Kennebunkport.

Nice property conveniently located a 10 min walk from downtown. We enjoyed our one night stay but would not stay here again. Mostly due to the inadequate bathroom and shower. Our third floor room had no shower, only a hand held shower head on a hose connected to a bathtub faucet with inconsistent water temperature. It was very difficult to get in and out of bathtub. I would not recommend our room to an older couple who may struggle with mobility. My wife and I stayed in one room and our teen daughter stayed in an adjacent room connected by the bathroom. There was a mini fridge in my daughter’s room big enough to hold a few cans of soda, adequate WiFi but only two pillows per bed, and one roll of toilet paper provided upon arrival. I had to go looking for another roll in the middle of the night! I found one in a basket located in the stairwell one floor below!

This was my first B&B experience. Bill was an awesome host. He made us a delicious breakfast straight from the farm! It was nice being able to sit and talk with Bill and the other guests during our stay. We were able to easily walk or bike (bikes included!) into town too which is a huge plus. I would certainly recommend staying here!

Bill was a super host. Very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and breakfast was very good! It was in a great location to walk around the town. The Inn had a large front porch to sit on and watch the people walk by. I would highly recommend staying here.
