Great experience

Very friendly staff and safe. Didn’t try the pool or other facilities… maybe next time.

Location was good and the staff were great. However it’s the first hotel I have ever stayed where there wasn’t any coffee or tea in the room. There was also mold on the ceiling in the room

We loved staying at this hotel. We couldn't believe it was only 3 stars as it feels like a 4 star. The gentlemen at the main door were so nice and helpful and always had a smile. The room was very tastefully decorated and was a good size. We used the pool and gym every day and they were immaculate. There's lots of eateries, bars and massages around . We had a great time there and will return 😀

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at your establishment. The reception staff were extremely rude, attempted to withhold our deposit, and demanded additional money without justification. One of the receptionists, who was wearing a mask, was particularly unprofessional. I strongly recommend that the management retrains the reception staff and monitors their behavior closely to ensure better service in the future. Such conduct is detrimental to your business's reputation, and I hope this matter is addressed promptly.

Nice hotel, five to 10 minute talk to ma8n attractions. However, the hotel price was very reasonable.

Second booking. This time, it was much quieter. But no restaurant or breakfast options here. Sauna was great though.

Great hotel and staff. Beaware when it rains you MUST get a ride. Whole alley floods. Action is 15-30min from hotel great walk you wont regret lots of stuff along way.

First night was great absolutely wonderful. Second night was terrible. People running up and down the hallways yelling, pounding on doors, slamming doors in the middle of the night. Didn't sleep a wink the second night. I actually have another night booked on a separate reservation so we'll see how this third night goes. But last night was terrible. I don't think this hotel has any type of roaming security and they should because it's pretty pricey for Thailand. Funny thing is I saw a sign that if you make too much noise, you have to pay a fine. Maybe there's a reason they have it, must be an ongoing issue. But on my floor sometime in the middle of the night there was slamming doors (which seems to always be the case here), plus screaming, yelling , and running up and down the floors. Very disappointed that I couldn't sleep at all.

This is a quite hotel and typical to Pattaya norms.

wifi only works in room only, not in lobby, you have to pay for room service, phones do not make international calls

Very hard to find tucked away in between other pfopo

Multiple wild dogs are being fed in front of the hotel and avoiding them is repulsive, every time. There is a fear of being bitten and it is dangerous. And sometimes they follow me. Also, the room is too dark to do anything like reading. This could be solved by at least putting one or two indirect lights in the corner. It's not difficult, but there is no will to solve the problem. They were supposed to have breakfast, but they said breakfast has not been offered for a long time. When I tried to use the laundry service, I was told it would take 2 days to complete the laundry, and when I still tried to ask for it, I was told it would still take 3 days and that I should finish it outside. They have no intention of providing good service in the first place. This might be the extent of 2 stars. I will NOT stay there again.

Beautiful sleek modern rooms. Location best for car drivers. Walking down the long narrow busy soi was not enjoyable. Central Pattaya Mall 1km away.

Perfect for a solo trip

The March hotel is an absolute beautiful hotel located off the beaten path in area where it’s not too busy. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel minus the loud echo room doors, slamming in the hallway, often keeping me up or disrupting my sleep and the fact that the curtains didn’t extend all the way to the floor, leaving about a 3 inch gap, allowing sunlight to shine off the tile floor shinning sunlight into the room. other than that the Host hotel staff were amazing. Hotels is absolutely beautiful
