Good standard room to stay overnight. Few pointers: the TV only gets standard cable and remote barely changes channels, we gave up and just used the i-pad. The fridge works, but at the highest level barely kept my drinks less than warm.

Clean beds carpet looks clean.

For $141 our the door on a weekend stay in August, this hotel was a good value. The rooms are spacious compared to other cheap hotels, they have an 8 foot deep pool, parking space is adequate, and the hotel is located within a five minute walk of downtown San Luis Opispo. I’d stay here again in the future. My only complaint is the outdoor hot tub heater needs to be fixed.

It’s a place to sleep, it’s not the Marriott or Hilton but allows you to sleep and shower.

breakfast is stated but not included. no need to scan a DL Property is managed well.

This is one of our go to hotels when visiting SLO (8+ times a year). Simple, easy access from freeway, can walk to downtown.

Liked fridge/micro and coffee pot convenience, disliked the bed, too firm for me.

Comfortable stay at a traditional motel with a nice pool.

The shower had mold around it. The curtains did not close all the way, so light came in all night. It is nice that you can park right by your room, but it also means other vehicles park close as well and can be very loud as they come and go. It was a decent hotel, but not one I would stay at again for $250 a night.

The matress on the bed was worn out and leaned to the edges. It made my back hurt badly and because of this i left a day earlier then i planned. It was very noisy. I had to turn the refrigerator off at night because it squealed. There was a thumping noise that sounded like water dripping in the celing off and on all night. I had to pay for the last night because they said no refunds. I rather lose the money then mess up my back even more.

Great stay

The male (owner?) who checked us in was very gruff and quite rude at check in, and after. The amount paid at check in was more than I expected (only by $30) and he offered no explanation, saying that "is always this amount." Now that I have had such a bad experience, I want my $30 back. When I was trying to take a photo of the placard with the wifi information, he moved it and slammed it down. I had to move it twice to get the pic I needed. There was NO HOT WATER the first 2 days, so my first two showers were chilly. There was no tea along with the coffee service in the room. When I needed to get my room key reactivated the first time, the female (owner?) was very pleasant, but the second time I needed to get my room key reactivated, I got more attitude and a lecture from the male owner about not keeping the room key near magnets or my cell phone. When I explained that the keys have always been in their own pocket away from my phone, he scoffed at me and said "no way, it does deactivate itself." Again, Why the attitude? Can't we all just get along? And I do want my $30 back, and I do feel like I should I should get a free night for the no hot water and the gruff treatment. Customer Service! It's not that hard- BE NICE!

Clean and simple motel. Good for overnight stay.

This place was a sh!t show. The front reception did not want to let us check in because it was late and he was laying down. He was the rudest person I have ever met. Receptionist said he needed to teach us a lesson for showing up late. Am sorry we were traveling and road construction had us delayed. And didn’t show up tell 12:00 am.

We really wanted to use the pool but it was being drained and then a sign was put up stating that the pool was closed by the health department. Next time I will call the location to make sure that the pool is fully available.

Room was very clean. There was a broken window in the bathroom that was “fixed” with cardboard however

Location of property was convenient, easy parking and plenty of restaurant options near by.

We were only there for one night. The hotel was comfortable and convenient for walking to shops and restaurants in town.

This is not a “Hotel” it’s a cheap Motel with a very unfriendly and unwelcoming staff. Definitely would not recommend anyone with children to stay here, the guests are very loud and vulgar, along with the extremely noisy and outdated air conditioning system, we spilled a little water on the floor and I mopped it up and the towel was BLACK from the carpet being so filthy. The furniture around the pool area is broken and dirty, the “spa” was not even full and had foam in it and it would only hold 3 adults at the most! The deck was old and splintered as well. This place is not suitable for anyone with moral standards or a desire for cleanliness.

Other than there bein̈g only decaf coffee in room and one has to be a nuclear physicist to work the tv, it was okay.

very quick and efficient check in. room had parking right outside, so ideal for me on a m9torbike. room was very karge and also very clean. fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. lots of cleab towels. bedding was clean. pool was nice and cool....a refreshing treat from the sun. downtown is a 15/20 min walk to all the restaurants etc. didnt have any run ins with junkies 3tc which i have in other hotels at the budget end of things. great - highly recommended

It’s ok. No breakfast was provided. Humming sound all night didn’t let us sleep.

The overall stay at the Inn was very pleasant. The room was very clean and cozy upon first arrival. Unfortunately the room was never cleaned after that. To be fair we did leave the room after 11am each day. The only inconvenience i experienced was the hot tub not being operational. On our last night we were hoping to unwind in the hot tub to only find it lukewarm and half full. Other than that it was a fine stay.

Air conditioning wasn’t working. Expensive for just one night and pool closes too early.

Enjoyable stay. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Walking distance to restaurants and distillery, brewery. Pool was nice.

Overall good except no one was at the front desk and the keys kept demagnetizing and we had to go back twice to get them fixed. Granted the operator did alert me of it but when you’re trying to go to the bathroom after a long walk, it’s annoying
