Over all the property did what I need it to do and that was to host me for the night so wouldn’t have to sleep in the airport.

I cancelled but card was still ran for charge. I have blocked it and cancelled card

The place had a strong smell of humidity and at midnight someone tried to open the door of my room.

There was no shuttle as advertised. We waited 1.5h at the airport for them. They took a security deposit the same amount of the reservation when we arrive. Breakfast was a nature valley bar. Just overall fake informations. Would definitely not recommmend.

Airport shuttle never came. Paid $30 lyft. No breakfast as lied to about at check in. Barely slept and getting shuttle back to airport was without any help with bags

It's next to a vacant area. Entrance gates are barely standing. It appears a bit sketchy.

The hotel room was ok with some issues. The hotel is in a bad area where they were selling drugs. The hotel is dirty and the parking lot was horrible. I would never stay there again.

My room had a smelly order due to a leak in the seaking. The entire place had a smelly order.

Staff are friendly and understanding. They also provide shuttle to the airport... and clean room.

Good service

The staff is excellent,but the room smells damp. Some insects.the towels are not ok. The shuttle driver took me to the domestic airport. He told me that we will not shuttle at the international airport. Take the bus!!!

First of all this hotel is not by the airport. It says non refundable for a reason. It was so bad i literally left. Ibdidnt even stay at the room. It smells like old mold, cigarette & dirty bodies. The hallway was dark & dirty i felt like someone was gone take me! The area is traumatic. Guys hanging out bums etc i wish i could have my money back but its ok ill take my loss.

That property needs to be DEMOLISHED!! The place is for "johns and hookers", where you pay by the hour. I cannot believe Wyndham would have their name associated with this place. The only reason I picked that hotel was because it offered smoking rooms. The room I had, smelled liked piss/urine and I did not ask for another room because I didn't want to make the desk agent mad. He was already getting tired of me for asking too many questions. And I figured with the condition of the building, all the rooms would smell like urine.

The comforters on the bed had holes in them, and there are no dresserss in the room. It's very tacky and last, but not least they smoke detector was not on the wall I found it in a drawer with an empty soda can. The air conditioner didnt work well.

Room was comfortable. However, I found a big bug in the shower and sink. Days Inn Hartsfield Airport West needs to fix this bug issue. Smell in the halls was mildly unpleasant, but its a smoking hotel. Service was fine.

This place was terrible, you might want call this racial profiling (majority Black neighborhood). You rated this as good (need to take it off your site). My list: smoke detector disconnected & removed, no cleaning of room, states refrigerator & microwave-all rooms don't have them (needed medicine to be cold) had locate a roo,.no bed changing, no clean towels had to request plus very thin cheap towels etc, no emptying of trash cans daily, ROACHES, have to rekey daily, no clothes hangers, internet signal weak, shower faucet coming away from wall, no toilet tissue roll, empty tissue compartment, no dresser- some type of boxes to put clothes, electrical outlets full, some rooms have sitting chair others don't. No continental breakfasts just coffee, request a partial refund had to stay due to payment was not refundable. Thought it would be good accommodation since Expedia recommended, close to airport & near places I needed to go. Very disappointed and like I requested early a partial refund is requested. Being in East Point area Racial Discrimination since it was in a predominated Black neighborhood limited services was given. I also stayed in Clemson SC with a stay you recommended, guest what predominant white area and the service and amenities were great what a comparison. It is not a bad hotel. But it's not great either. The room was fine and the staff was generally polite. I slept well. I had to wait 45 minutes at the airport for the shuttle service and the driver was not particularly nice. However, the shuttle service from the hotel to the airport was better. There was a potent marijuana smell in the lobby that I could still smell from my room. All in all, it is an ok hotel if you have low expectations. It is cheap and near the airport.
