Staff was all very nice and respectful and very understanding even let us stay past checkout time didn't charge us and didn't charge us when we came in early as roadway in did right next door to budget They tried to charge us $50 for coming 2 hours before check in but budget didn't charge us a thing I highly recommend them they're very good people and understanding I will definitely stay there in the future

Room they give me it was very smelly, no one clean the microwave, bath tub was dirty and chipped off three four different places, then they gave me different room with queen bed, but my reservation was with King bed, again they gave me another room, finally it was batter than both previous room. I would not recommend anyone or friend this Budget Inn. Terrible experience.

Great rates, awesome staff, helpful and polite n I stay every month for at least a couple of days, nice break away from my everyday life. ,the staff are extremely helpful and do their best to please their customers/ clients! Love the Budget Inn!

The room spells like if someone is smoking 24/7

It’s the perfect spot for workers or cranksters. The bathroom was dirty, the floors were untouched by housekeeping and the room must have been decorated by the blind. I was pleasantly surprised that there weren’t any roaches that I could see!

Although there was a lot of crazy people that yells, my stay was pleasant and I would stay there again!

Older property, was fairly clean.

I literally had to go to the front office to get toilet paper. And no maid service. You get what you pay for. I do commend them for a good ADA room.

This place has fluffy pillows. They give you 3 but I'm sure if youre friendly they give more.

I believe they were fixing some areas of the property. there was trash that could’ve been put in dumpsters. And the room that I received a lot of air was coming through the bottom of the door because it was missing a protector to cover against trash going in or out. but for the price I paid it was OK

Room was clean but in poor repair. Cracks in shower wall and somebody did a lousy paint job with unpainted surfaces and paint spots on furniture. Was quiet.

Low price but blow dryer was not working and the plugs to charge your phones didnt work either there were no coffee cups in the room for coffee. Room was decently clean and the air conditioner worked really well.

I call ahead and ask for a down stairs room i had trouble with my leags and upstairs room was hard for me they say yes we will had one the day came and we got to the hotel they didnt give us the downs stairs room they gave us and upstairs room that the only think that i didnt like other then that it was nice place to stay

Totally unlike the few negative reviews I read. I'll come here again. Only confusing part was finding the hot water tap on the right.

Grumpy kid checked me in, couldn't be bothered and the room was nasty. I may need to be checked for hepatitis. Gross Gross gross...

At check in time, a person that was behind the counter was very rude In the room, there were blue stains on the carpeting Not sure what it was Very noisy People going up and down the stairs were very loud At approximately 11:30 PM sound like there were somebody fighting outside in a corridor Terrible stay

It was a motel. It was good. The water got nice and hot. The ice machine worked great. Coffee in room was good. A/C worked good. Panda Express was across the street. What more could I want? :)

This property is undergoing upgrades. The biggest issue we had, and this seems to be true at more hotels, is we had 2 hand towels, 2 bath towels and only a single washcloth. The room was booked for 2 people. The staff was helpful in pointing us to different restaurants and services in the area.
