Some broken stairs but otherwise parking was easy, staff were super nice and friendly, the breakfast fit the bill, the rooms were very clean and the beds were excellent. A good value and nice experience for this large family on the move. :)

Loved the staff, greeted happily! Comfortable beds nice lil refrigerator to keep my drinks cold used freezer to keep things iced so the hot day was not so hot! Breakfast was fantastic and part of the price of the stay 😁

Only thing that I was not so comfortable (ice machine not working) other than that everything was too notch.

The front of the property looked fabulous and taken care of.

Filthy walkways! I was there from Thursday through Sunday, and the heap of garbage in the actual walkway was never swept up. Irrigation water overflowing into the parking lot every night. Such a waste of water when several plants were not getting the water and were dying. I should have taken photos.

Hotel was nice and as described. Clean rooms, not far from multiple dining options and easy access to the 101. the workout room and pool were both nice as well. The little interaction we had with staff was pleasant.

Near a Harley Davidson dealership. Woke up both mornings of our stay to excessively loud motorcycle traffic ripping down the street. On Saturday morning it started at 6:30AM, which was an hour earlier than we would have chosen to get up.

the refrigerator was awful noisy cuz it was making gurgling noise , we had to open the refrig door to stop the noise . it stopped! what’s wrong with the management not finding out about the refrig. this was our second time to stay at this property. it was the same problem noisy refrigerator. also, IMPORTANT- the electric switch is tight in Biddeford the shower wall—- who ever did the bathroom made a terrible decision to put the electric light switch inside the shower . terrible! lease form the Property that it’s dangerous to have light switch placed to side the shower wall—- inside the shower where people used water to take a shower. we did not use the bathroom shower! we were afraid!

Ver noisy at night. Breakfast room too small, not enough tables. Had to stand and wait one morning, next morning crowded again so went to starbucks. Breakfast was okay.

The pillows were terrible, lumpy! The blackout curtains were dirty & had holes and wouldn't close all the way. I had to use a hair clip to keep them together so people couldn't see in!

Didn't like how it's past 9:00 at night on my third day here and I have to get my sheets and towels because housekeeping forgot to bring them to me so I got to go out the front desk for them I guess that's their protocol. Didn't like how I had put a security deposit down for my service dog either. I didn't like the way that the employees spoke to me. I was woke up by staff knocking on my door to inform me the police told me I needed to repark my RV they didn't like the way that is parked keep in mind that I currently have a civil rights lawsuit against Rohnert Park Police department as we speak.

Room was very clean. The breakfast was good and the attendant was very helpful.

Our refrigerator didn’t work and wrecked the leftovers and vegetables we had placed there.

We were on the ground floor. Christina was amazing helping me sort out my double booking (my mistake). The staff was VERY helpful and kind. I’m staying at Best Western from now on.

Our room was large and well appointed. The room was so comfortable.

Friendly guy at the counter and very helpful. Good location,fairly quiet room,and a decent breakfast. Overall a nice place for the price. Great Burritos next door also was a bonus.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, accommodations were great for the price, everything was clean and comfortable. I have stayed here twice and would come back again any time.

The breakfast was great especially the nice lady making the waffles and pancakes, clean room, quiet and comfy.

The location isn't what I thought it would be, ugly abandoned IHOP across the way but we were out all day anyways so it is what it is.

I stayed in the family room, it was really big. No one was in each others way while getting ready. The breakfast was included and they had plenty of options.

The hotel is older so I didn’t expect it to be all modern amenities but they could update some of the furniture. The chairs looks a little dirty and the curtain had a hole in it like someone burned it. Still very clean otherwise.
