Breakfast is really the only thing I failed at, the fruit was not fresh and the food was cold, and maybe eating on the terrace is a good idea but the roosters don't let you enjoy breakfast.

The pool was nice and clean and lots of chairs. I didn't like the loud construction going on first thing in the morning. Not good when you are on vacation and trying to sleep in.We had no hot water in the shower and we only got clean towels once out of 3 days! No housekeeping service of any kind.

I booked and pre-paid for an ocean vie for 2 nights. Upon check in told that room wasn’t available. Received pool view which I hate due to increased noise and general activity. Beds were very uncomfortable. When requesting more coffee and water at desk, was told some would be brought to the room. Never got any and had to get it from housekeeping next morning. Received dining credit for outdoor pool side restaurant. While food was decent, lacked variety and indoor dining options. Resort fees for pool access and on site concierge services were disappointing since those are amenities I don’t use so paying for each day for that on top of room rate and parking fee it was an extra $150 of wasted money. I needed a 3rd night, so while it was less than ideal my mother wasn’t up for changing hotels so we dealt with over priced subpar quality for a 3rd night. Out of 2 weeks of hotel stays, this hotel was the worst yet most expensive one. Budget $50 hotel was more comfortable and provided a much more restful night’s sleep than this one. Hotel looks nice. Starbucks on site convenient. That’s it for positive for my experience.

Staff was awesome and all the areas were clean and being able to do laundry was great since we had been on the road for 2 weeks. Would stay here again!!

The stay was very pleasant and the ocean view was great, although the bay looked like a boat wreckers lot with 10 or15 sunken boats littering the view. The city of Key West needs to do better and review this unsightly trash from the ocean.

Bathrooms were not clean even after switching units.

Visiting Key West is like Living a Dream. Stunning, beautiful and magical. 24 North Hotel is really nice. The rooms a bit outdated and work out, but everything on the outside, pool, bars, outdoor areas are just perfect

Old hotel, terrible beds and look dirty. Needs painting. Very old furniture for a four star hotel.

The service was great, and the staff was very attentive. I have stayed here before and i highly recommend it.

Great property, very clean, only about 20 mins from Duval street where the shops are, attractions and food are in close proximity. Staff was helpful and VERY friendly!!! I like the room, but no stove only a sink and microwave but pretty roomy.

Good room

The hotel was very nice! However the pool was very warm. I was hoping to take a swim in nice cool water but this pool was very warm. I would suggest get a temperature regulator so when it’s really hot outside the pool would stay cool. Also , I did woke up one night and found small bugs( roaches) running along the counter top in the bathroom. However the rest of the stay was okay!

Concierge tatiana was excellent and professional. Bartenders david and zoey were very attentive and great to talk to. Rust in the shower should be eliminated. Shuttle cost to town should be eliminated. Thanks for the memories!!

Didnt like paying for parking

The Starbucks was horrible. We ordered something and they didn’t even tell us they didn’t have it. We sat waiting and when asked they were like we don’t have that. I was like when were you gonna tell us. We are sitting waiting, under the belief our food is being made, for you to tell us now.

Online pictures of the property and immediate surrounding grounds/area are not accurate. Currently undergoing some renovations making parking limited and restricted as well as sidewalks and other walking areas.

Awesome hotel

Transportation was lacking. No shuttle service from the airport and the other shuttle service was either full according to the front desk or didn’t seem to be running. Shuttles were observed parked in the rear parking lot of the hotel but never actually seen loading or unloading passengers around the hotel or Key West. The shower also did not have hot water so be ready for a nice cold shower.

The room had dirty stained carpet. Outside of the property was dirty with trash on the ground near elevators. There wasn’t any soap in the bathroom for handwashing. The complimentary bottled water was expired. Limited parking and the pictures are nicer than the actual property.

Would never stay here again. One elevator was out of order and the other was extremely slow. Most Staff were unfriendly (also the starbucks staff) not helpful except for one man at the front desk who checked me in. Paid for a ocean view and all i could see was palm trees being on the 3rd floor. Ocean view room was not worth the extra $100. A night. Bedding was awful and the pillows were flat

I was not infomed that we needed tp pay for the bus shuttle. Mt final bill was 300 more than the bill i paid to expediia? i am waiting for expantion on this.

When we arrived during Saturday evening, there were children running and yelling throughout the lobby so much so I couldn't hear and understand the Concierge; she had to keep repeating herself. The second night, we had returned to retire around 10 p.m. and again, children were running and screamint outside around the pool In addition, I kept hearing a dog barking. When I looked out, one of your guest had a dog at the pool and that was continously barking. The combined noise from the kids screaming and the dog barking continued until after 11 p.m. I was a kid and I have kids, who are now grown but my parents and as a parent, I would never be allowed or let my kids run wild throughout the lobby or swimming area screaming at the top of their lungs. We were so annoyed we started to leave and try to find other accommodations but it was late both nights and we were extremely tired from the days activities. I would suggest, you post signs stating no running in the lobby and pool area and please play quietly any screaming the Concierge should approach the parents and ask them to please have their kids play quietly and point to the sign. She could hardly conduct business with all the confusion going on. You have a lovely hotel and conveniences but those attributes dissipate when taking into consideration guests with unruly children.

Great place to stay unless you are next to a room with dog that barked all the time. Clean rooms, and friendly staff.
