Bugs in room dead n alive. Bed was so squeaky everytime u moved.

I stayed here for a week while working and I have to say this is the nastiest hotel I've ever stayed in.The negatives:-Infested with roaches-White bodily fluid stains on the couch.-Stains and dried liquid all over the headboard-I found a live 9mm handgun bullet under the seat of the couch cushions-The mattress had gross stains all over it.-The sheets and bed spread had multiple burn holes in them despite being a non-smoking room.-I never once received housekeeping the entire week-The room door had a quarter inch gap all the way around it and I could actually see inside my room from outside. The door had been kicked in at one point.-Dug dealers cruising around and parking in the parking lot all hours of the day and night.-Several fights broke out between people right outside my room.-There were no curtains and the blinds wouldn't shut all the way so people could see me inside the room.Pros:-Absolutely nothing

We could not stay as it was seedy, rundown, poorly furnished, and had panhandlers knocking on doors in the property. We got a refund and left.

Very unclean. Should have not reserved sight unseen. Lesson learned. You get what you pay for, I guess. Although no excuse for unclean. Definitely a locals rent by week type place.

Room was a bit dirty but the woman at the front desk was great!

Place is a wreck. Clean but run down. Needs a drastic update

The room was in very rough shape, the walls were extremely dirty. There were spots on the sheets, we were unsure if they were even laundered. Scary.

It was the nastiest motel Ive ever seen got my money back and left wasnt there 15 minutes and still got charged for one night cause they said thats hootel.coms policy

Do not stay here - avoid my mistake. Hotel charges full amount when you check in and before you can inspect the room Room was dirty; bed linen had cigarette burns in it; toilet was not clean; no bath mat; only one set of towels; no TV remote; door would not shut properly. Bugs were biting me in my sleep. Tried to check out after one night, and staff would not refund for unused days. Stated their policy was no refunds for any reason - even for bugs.

I will not recommend this Hotel to anyone. Place was dirty and the location is not good.

Didnt like anything about this location. It was very nasty and crume infested all night. Open condom wrappers, dirty bedding and very broken down. I slept in my clothes, peeping rhrough the hole where the blind was missing. Also, i never even washed my face with a cloth because they were atrocious.

Could not stay it needs updating.

NEVER AGAIN! No toilet paper, 2 small off-white stained towels, hair and dirt in the sheets, everything was stained and dirty. Old mattresses and pillows that were hard to even want to touch. Cigarette stench is in everything. Shocked that there was warm and even soft water. Other peoples garbage still on the floor. Place just makes you feel gross. Pretty sure people live in some of these rooms. Please, go else where if you have a choice. Everything in the whole Chattanooga & Atlanta area was booked and we were forced to take a room at this dreadful place.

Not the best. I expected better beds and clean sheets and pillows. I was utterly disgusted. When I saw the “ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS” sign, I knew something was wrong but I had already paid. Worst stay ever. Absolutely do not recommend.

Very unclean, no lamps, bed spread at least 20 burn holes, no tv remote, toilet base was filthy, did not feel safe. Left at midnight because I couldn’t sleep for worrying.

The check in took 2 hours. The hotel charged over charged me and I didn’t even get the rate promised on Hotels.com. I got a confirmation number for $74 and the hotel charged me $86. It was a horrible experience and the price that I had to pay I could of paid at a nicer hotel.

My husband and I travel a lot...this was the absolute worst hotel we have ever stayed in!! Huge holes in the walls, large pieces of the furniture was missing, the front door didnt close all the way, paint and plaster falling off the walls and ceiling. Dirty and stained towels. Went to Walmart and bought new towels. Incense sticks sticking out of the walls, where they tried to cover up the smoke smell. It didnt work. The room smells like smoke, liquor and sex. Many of the outlets dont work and if they did, the outlets were falling out of the wall. Very shady characters hanging outside all night. Someone tried getting in our room in the middle of the night. Now i know why there was a sign when i checked in, no refunds! Do not go there!!!

Didn’t even stay. Checked in, toilet was stopped up had to plunge. Room was not very clean Left for concert and left nothing in room. Terrible part of town very scary. Wife got sick at concert and we decided to drive over an hour to get home instead of staying and they wouldn’t even give a partial refund. Didn’t offer anything at all and we didnt even spend 5 minutes in the room. Never will go there again.
