Fantastic return stay - exactly what we need for a wonderful family holiday. Facilities are excellent and the staff helpful and friendly.

Air conditioning was a little noisy, but the Elysia park provided great accommodation with great facilities at a very good cost

Reception was amazing. We arrived past midnight due to flight delay and they stayed waiting on us. Recommend ordering taxi services through them as it saves you time trying to get one. The property overall was good. I would recommend doing a few upgrades to the building itself and the rooms such as fresh new painting but over all good. Came to celebrate my birthday and they provided me with complimentary wine which was pretty good. 10/10 recommend staying here

Lovely stay!

I gave the score due to a few things, The complex is around a 20min walk from the port and old town paphos area. It is a nice walk but I wouldnt want doing it in the heat of summer. The apartment was nice and clean with all facities required however my apartment got no sun shine on the balcony throughtout the day, the water pressure in the shower when on warm was very weak, there was a issue when the power went off one of the days i was there for around an hour. The grounds were beautiful however the outdoor pools where closed and the biggest issue i had was the on site restaurant and bar are closed until march which it doest not say on the website. The closest restaurant is around a 10 min walk. The staff were friendly on reception however.

Nice apartment- basic but clean and bright. The complex is lots of residential blocks which can seem a bit oppressive at first but isn't too bad. The beds could be comfier! The air con is good. Reception were helpful. Pools very clean. Gym in the basement is ok- the other gym is more of a body builder gym. Spa area looked really nice. Bar is lovely.

We stayed 1 week in a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms overlooking the pool area from 4th floor. Very spacious and nice open terrace. Wifi and aircon working well. We did not cook in the kitchen as you need to bring all ingredients and only the very essential cooking utensils are present. Restaurant and bar near the pool with good food including breakfast buffet which you can buy. Nice massages offered though a bit pricy. Good parking possibilities including underground spaces. Receotion staff very polite and helpfull even when checking in past midnight. Only downside to our stay would be that cleaning is only every 3rd day and you quickly run out of towels when you need to use the same both for the bath and at the pool. Extra cleaning can be ordered though for extra fee. But we would like to stay there again.

Staff is really nice and helpful, the property has two sections one modern that started operating in 2019 and is really good and the older part, this is wearing off, this is where we have been places, the appartments are quite old and not worth the money we paid, the gym equipment is also too old and needs proper maintenance

We had a great 12 night stay. Our apartment was lovely, easy access, helpful staff, fantastic pools, nice restaurant, handy newsagent, pharmacy.

Appartment, staff and amenities were great

We stayed four years ago and were blown away. Though the customer service and amenities remain first rate, the complex is starting to feel a little tired. Ingrained dirt in a number of places, missing exterior lights and in the first apartment we were given, a build up of mould and mildew in the bathroom with the shower door runners corroded. We asked for a new room as ours had also not been cleaned very well and said we would like to pay to upgrade to a 2 bed apartment. We were given the upgrade for free by way of an apology and could not have been happier with the second apartment. Some time and money needs to be spent remedying a number of cleanliness and basic facilities issues across the complex - such as the bathroom fittings hanging off the wall in both of the apartments we were in - but on a first holiday with a six month old baby, we couldn't have been happier with the level of service we received, how safe and secure everything was, free parking and the provision of free baby baths and a high quality cot. A washing machine in the apartment is very useful too. Though I appreciate there is an information QR code in the apartments, one further recommendation would be more information in the welcome pack on the complex itself and the facilities e.g. Restaurant menu, opening hours etc, rather than flyers for jeep tours and car hire.

Excellent deluxe accommodation. Indoor swimming area and spa a bonus. Will definitely be back.

Spacious, furnished and modern rooms. The complex itself and the facilities are maintained at an adequate level. The location requires arrival by car, but there is free parking adjacent to the building. You can purchase a delicious and satisfying breakfast at a reasonable price. Points that bothered us as guests: 1. The room was not cleaned at all during the four days of our stay, not even towels were changed Although it was promised that they would be replaced on the third day. 2. Hot water in the shower - there is no central water heating, so we were instructed to turn on the solar water heater. The amount of hot water, after running for an hour, is barely enough for two people (we were 6 people) and this is a problem on cold days (we stayed in January). 3. Indoor pool - in a phone call/e-mail with the hotel before arrival, it was assured that the indoor pool is heated to 28 degrees, when we arrived we discovered that the pool is not heated at all and the temperature is close to 20 degrees. The heated pool was a consideration in choosing the hotel, so we were very disappointed with it.

the room was not clean, in particular the shower room. The washing machine was very loud a took 2 1/2 hours to do a wash. The toaster and hair dryer were not working. Area around the pool was very dirty.

The apartment was great, very comfortable, nicely furnished and decorated. Amazing balcony! We appreciated having the gym and indoor pool and lots of parking space. The apartment itself could have a been a bit cleaner upon arrival but it was fine.

We loved our stay here! The staff were wonderful and so helpful. Our apartment was lovely, modern and clean. Perfect pool area and sun lounging facilities. Great on site restaurant too! There is nothing we can fault, would highly recommend!

Positives: Clean, spacious apartment. The pool area is excellent and well managed. Quiet and relaxing. Good place for a family holiday. The grounds are well looked after. Overall once we sorted out the initial problem with the room booking, it was a pleasant stay. Negatives. Be very specific when you book; otherwise, you will get stuck in an apartment overlooking a car park instead of a view of the pool or the sea. You will need a car to get around. English TV channels kept freezing, and it seemed that the digital signal was easily corrupted.

This is a wonderful place to say. It is very clean, the staff are lovely and helpful, the accommodation is fairly spacious and there is everything you want there. The restaurant is very good and there is a buffet breakfast. There are two large pools with great loungers. It is about a 20 minute walk to the harbour or the old town but if you don't want to walk the staff will order you a cab which costs 10 euros. Alternatively there is a bus outside the property for 1 euro 50. Personally I would stay again.

Fantastic facilities. Pool was great. The apartment was clean and well kept. Good quality of appliances. The Elysia Breeze bar was a lovely setting. Bar man and the ladies were lovely. All very polite and made you feel welcome. Food and cocktails was nice. Good location.

Having stayed at Elysia Park in 2021, we returned knowing the accommodation would be spotless on arrival and weren't disappointed. Amazing, friendly and helpful staff. Great service and selection of amenities on-site. Kids loved the pool areas A*

Fantastic resort a little out of the way but don't let put you off, if you're prepared to walk 25 minutes you can easily reach the harbour area which has loads of bars and restaurants.
