Great hotel with a beautiful friendly atmosphere

When we arrived, there was a fresh market / street closure. All the streets were blocked so we had to park our car on a different street about 200 meters from the gate and carry the luggage. Other than that, everything was good. Room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The hotel did not warn us about the street market that was going to take place the next day and let us pardon the street. The next day we had to wait more than an hour to take our car out of the occupied street. This is most simply put, mismanagement

Really a top Quality hotel, we even stayed 4 days longer than we planned because it was so good all from staff to food to Room, overall for sure 9/10

We liked the lobby, there was ac and it was huge, with bar, shop, a piano, a cafe etc. The staff speaks english and it was helpful and nice. They gave us a welcome present. The show was of good quality and it seems anyway they have some entertainment every night. The view from the room was very nice. The gym was huge and you can book it just for you. The room itself was big and comfortable. The position in a quite area, you will need a transportation to go to city center (marina area, castle etc.). We didn't like much the beach itself, which was quite small, which I guess it's ok for a private beach, but the water was not that clean. We didn't like that there was no ac in the floors (but you have of course in the room). The SPA was not very high quality. We expected also more from the food, the waitress were slow and the food was not amazing, we paid for dinner once and then we decide to eat outside.

The hotel itself was nice, clean rooms and fantastic service. the food on the other hand was the worst of all inclusive i have come across.

Generally a nice, clean and well equipped hotel. A fine spa area and the hotel is in a quiet and relatively nice neighborhood. Guests are primarily up to age and entertainment mostly for seniors. Just be aware of when in the year you arrive. Much of the hotel shuts down after November 1, and this is not necessarily something that is clearly stated by Hotels.com.

They didn’t made the room romantic for a couple...it was a present from my side

Well, This is not easy. I really wanted to like this hotel. The staff in the restaurants and housekeeping were awesome. Big thumbs up. The rooms fresh and new. The swimming-pool might seem a bit small, but never overcrowded and good temperature. The snack bar was awful, Tuna straight from a can, and the sandwich looked and tasted like cheap hot dog bread. The alcoholic cocktails are simply awful. The draft beer is OK. The host from the spa approached us many times He simply would not leave us alone. He as trying to sell us spa treatment. The management needs to back off with the sales routine. Even after 2 persons of our party had a full spa treatment he still would not stop harassing us with trying to sell more treatment. The electricity in the room goes off when you leave the room. So beware if you are charging your phone and such when eating lunch or something. It will not charge. The breakfast buffet was not very good, and we were surprised if we found something nice and actually eatable to eat at the dinner buffet. On sushi night which was Thursday, the sushi rice had way to much vinegar in it so that tasted very bad. I picked this hotel because of its excellent rating from visitors. Imagine my disappointment when I had this experience. I expected more from a 5 star hotel. Again I am so sorry to have to write this review, but I had such high hopes for this stay.

Beautiful hotel, run by be beautiful people. Nothing is too much, the staff really look after their guests. Everybody is like family. The food was lovely too. I will go back to this hotel. Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Very nice room, good eat,drinks,nice sauna.l don't like program in the evening. I would like to dance in lobby or night club, don't have animation.

We had a great time in hotel, excellent comfort in rooms, excellent food in restaurant, excellent beach view from hotels terrace. Communication with staff in English was however a problem, more toilletries and tissue papers would have been better.

Hotel was nice. Staff not very knowledgeable about surrounding area or hotel.

Amazing resort, amazing food, beautiful views, lovely beach and very clean rooms. Staff were extremely friendly and were available for your every need. Each meal was an absolute treat, food was never in short supply. I cannot wait to go back again. The spa and gym were also wonderful. Overall fantastic trip, cant fault the place.

Nice hotel with good staff and excellent food ! A hotel to remember for best reasons !

the spa was great, the pool is ok.the bed was terrible and not comfy at all . mattress was too soft and old .linen were rough in texture. air condition is directed at the bed and hits you in your face ,so you can not sleep at all .
