The elevator was super loud like the cable could snap.

Great value for the money- they didn’t have connecting rooms which made it a little more inconvenient for our family with young kids but the facility was clean and comfortable.

Food selection was limited

Room was horrible. Smelled of dampness and room was very musty. Carpet felt wet under your feet so we couldn’t even walk on it without shoes on. Even the bedding felt damp. All our belongings had the smell in them when we left that we could still smell it in our car. To me it could almost pass as a cat urine smell. Hotel needs to do a deep clean in that room and put a dehumidifier in it to get the dampness completely out. We were so tired we fought through it but wish we had gotten up in the middle of the night and complained. We even asked the desk clerk for air spray to help as we thought it would work. We were wrong. In addition, it was not noted the pool was not available when reservation was made and did not find out until we arrived. Others were also complaining about that at checkout. On a good note breakfast was good.

Nice clean hotel, but far from town. Map on Expedia was misleading.

Nice and quiet stay. Room and bathroom was clean.

Great hotel and service and breakfast for the cheaper price and nice location. Also the shower was amazing with the water pressure that you didn’t want to get out.

Staff was friendly and rooms where clean

Beds were good. Was able to control the ac fan. Showere was clean with nice water flow & pressure.

I liked the convenience. It was late and i was tired. They had no problem getting me in and i didnt have to wait. The place was very clean as well.

Truly felt the staff was very concerned with making sure we felt at home. They wanted us to have a pleasant time. Very sincere and caring.

Felt cramped. The breakfast was good

I stopped late on a long trip. I was not planning to stay in a hotel. I was pulling my camper and I had an unfortunate issue and needed a hotel for the night.

Enjoyed our stay

It was a nice hotel. Close to few places for food. A little odd that you can’t get to it directly from the highway. Had to go via a road beside Kwik Trip that I didn’t even know went back to the hotel.

Church

The staff was amazong. Not sure of the gals name woth the super short blonde hair. But she was amazing. My 5 yr old got sick diring our stay and she made sure we were moved to a clean room and had all the extras we needed and made sure to help me out with locations of where to get things and delivery services. Staff was kind and responsive. Had to go downstairs and couldnt manage to get anyone on the phone. But not a huge deal. Breakfast was good when we did eat, those mini omlettes are fire.

The staff was fantastic!! I also enjoyed the breakfast. Very quiet and clean.

Room is comfortable and clean. Property is recently built. Very nice bathroom. TV set up is stupid... Shows a full blown multi-channel quide which the guest assumes are available for viewing, but half of the channels are not!! Major pain in the ass.
