Staff was very friendly. It was clean and smelled good.

The pool area was a let down it needs updated and a good cleaning. Some of the equipment needs fixed. There was no jets on the hot tub and the sauna didn't work.

The staff was friendly and greeted us when we arrived at our left the hotel. One of the staff members/manager offered to help carry stuff up stairs for me so the staff was great.

The floor in the room was wet they said they would send maintenance up but never did it looked like mold on the walls and around ac unit. The halls were dirty and it smelled awful. The hotel didn’t have an elevator and said they didn’t have any rooms available on the first floor so I had to carry all my luggage and 2 kids ( one in a infant car seat) up and down the stairs multiple times.

I did not get room service for 2 days

The breakfast room is large and seats many. The man at check in was very friendly and helpful. The pool temp was about perfect. The furniture was slightly taller which was good for our 15month old so she didn't hit her head on any corners.

We had to take our microwave and coffee pot and sit them on the floor in order to plug them in and utilize them. The hot tub jets weren't working. The breakfast offered is very simple.

Everything was great except the room keys were pain the butt..alot of issues with the key card. But over all everything was great.

Alot of issues with my key card during my stay until my 3rd week here they finally got new key cards that works.overall my stay most side entrance was difficult to get in on certain hours...

Location was good. Restaurant and bar was very nice

You need a sigh, to tell you what driveway from the city street.

Location and breakfast

Room needs new carpets, toilets take a lot of time to flush, bed frame was loose and made alot of noise couldn't fall sleep fast because of the noise from the bed, TV didn't work properly
