We had a great 1 night stay was actually pleased with it. Everything worked correctly the hot tub was a blessing shower pressure is good and they had strawberries for the waffles super nice when we were checking out during the freeze storm we had.

Overall not a terrible stay. We booked the superior suite that had the hot tub in room but the jets didn't work properly. The fireplace in the room also didn't work at all. Other than that the stay was okay. Used the pool quite a bit and took advantage of the free breakfast.

Very good hotel with a nice pool and hot tub, friendly staff, and a good breakfast in the morning. Pool and hot tub hours are very family friendly.

Hospitality was zero, this being a hotel living on that very word, that’s about as low as it gets. I got extensive travel experience and never encountered such behavior. The assumed General Manager on site, a male, working the night shift on Sept 16 was incredibly rude and uncooperative. We asked for a one hour late check out saying that I had a zoom meeting the next morning and were on the road, we got a “I can give you 30mins” with the reason that “they will have other guests coming the next day” - you would hope they have other customers showing up in the future since that is the very income of a hotel. When I asked if there was anywhere else on the property I could sit and take my meeting that would end at 12, I got a flat no. Eventually we negotiated to a “11.45 checkout” with a lot of pain, if it wasn’t for the fact it was 11pm in the middle of Iowa with limited hotels, I would have just left. Needless to say, checking out in the morning (11.45am) - not on single customer on premises. Bad. Book something else, we do not was to support this type of business practice.

Hot tub was out of order, had to swipe my key card to get into room multiple times, a few plugins in room didn't work.

There was no soap stocked in the room. I mentioned all of this to the front desk at check ouy & the clerk acted like there was nothing wrong with all I listed. Used to be a nice hotel, so it's sad to see it so downhill. Definitely not worth the money

Place was very new and nice looking. Was turned off by the big price variance. Booked on line $143. Day we checked in $78

The staff here were absolutely amazing! They made the stay so great! The beds were comfy and there were good restaurants around (such as GAGA & HOO and casa blanca). Would stay here again if in the area!

The facet in bathtub was dripping when we arrived. Unable to shut off completely. Appreciate the cleanliness and quiet environment throughout the hotel.

Don't reserve a room here. They do not allow cancelation even during a weather emergency. I was stuck in another town due to major flash flooding. They were very rude about me trying to cancel and refused to give me a refund. My house and car are a total loss and they just said that sucks but we don't refund cancelations and hung up on me.

The woman who checked us in was very nice and gave us lots of information. The pool was supposed to be open until midnight but was closed early due to improper chemical balance. Very disappointed after a long, hot day.

I took the trouble to call the facility asking about the hot tub. They lied. Doesn't look like they have any plans to fix it. This hotel was confused about service animal laws. I will not return.
