Great Hotel! As far as price for quality is concerned, this hotel is worth the price. Great location and quiet location.

Great rooms. Clean. Great AC! Wifi functional but took hours to set up with tech people. Kitchen was lackluster, unresponsive to concerns, and routinely served products not as advertised. When addressed the dismissed or gasslighted customers.

The air con. and lockers were not working

The rooms are good, area is centrally located perfect to go anywhere all shops, movies etc nearby No porter or anyone to help you with your bags when you check in you have to carry the bags yourself, the security guards at the gates are LAZY they behave as if they are actually doing you a favour by opening the entry and exit gates HATED THAT

We stayed at the hotel on two different occasions. The staff is excellent with one huge exception. Hwd (don't know spelling) is terrible. He typically ignores if we ask a question. He says "no" to almost everything we asked about if he isn't ignoring. When his shift was over and we ask other receptionist the same question is "sure we can do that". I would rate lower but the rest of the staff was outstanding. The problem is that often he is the only receptionist so you cant get simple issues solved until the next day. We wont be going back.

The property is homely feeling

Very impressive place! One night stay, but I will definitely stay here again in the future. Room was very spacious, super clean, and comfortable. Gym had everything I needed for a quick workout. Breakfast was quite a FEAST! They give you a menu card the night before to fill out and slide under your door before you go to bed, and in the morning everything was as requested, and delicious. Service staff was very courteous and professional.

I was for a long time in this hotel and I suggest it. High quality hotel, very clean, safe, with a good range of service available and kind staff available to support for every necessity. Very good experience for a long stay period.

I would say that if I desperately needed a place to sleep and this was the last property, I would scoot past it without a thought! I almost met my death at this property when I slid and fell in the bathroom while taking a shower. I survived with a bursted elbow - with blood all over my beddings. My room, like all others at this property, had a smooth tiled shower area with no bath mat or shower slippers provided. Simply said, it created the perfect environment for a classic slip and fall disaster in waiting. As fate would have it, I stepped into the bathroom for my shower (right before going to bed) and just as I was almost done, I slipped and fell - thanks to the soapy water on the floor. Luckily, I survived what could’ve been catastrophic. It only got worse when later, I spoke with staff who were ostensibly authorised to make decisions on behalf of the hotel management, decided that my complaint was not concerning enough to escalate. Even when they promised they would follow up with me, to date, I have yet to hear back – never mind the times I have tried to reach out to them. Suffice it to say that I rarely leave negative reviews for businesses especially in Kampala, but this is one I find, I just couldn’t help. The hotel management was given an opportunity to ‘rise to the occasion’ long before this review was posted, in vain. P.S. I have pictures to back up all my claims!!

This place is modern and in very good condition. The quality of the finish is much better than that in other properties in Uganda. I loved the layout of the apartment and the amenities.

Nice room in an ok hotel. Elevator broken and breakfast a bit limited but the room was very nice and comfortable.

I stayed here at a very good nightly rate in Dec 20. The rooms (suites) are very small. Unsure whether the very disappointing service was Covid-driven or if it´s always this average. Over a three night stay breakfast was never served on time, we never received what we ordered, and no one really appeared to care. The restaurant was being refurbished but we weren´t told at booking or check-in. At the rate we paid it was just about acceptable but at normal rates you wouldn´t. And we won´t again.

Rooms are modern, spacious and comfortable. Hotel restaurant has delicious food for lunch and dinner options. Staff are courteous and attentive.

Very nice comfortable hotel. Friendly cooperative staff . Arranged for airport pickup and drop.

So far, so good. Staff well-trained with a strong service orientation. Nice roof-top Cafe. Good food with large portion servings. "Free" buffet breakfast was pretty good.
