We really liked our room, but your front desk person was horrible. We checked in on Friday around 4-4:30 and she had an attitude that we couldn’t believe for someone who should be greeting guests. The next morning when we went downstairs for coffee, we could hear her complaining loudly from the back office. Horrible employee.

Hotel room was clean and very spacious for our family of 5. It was a pleasant surprise to see the basketball ball court(half court) in the back. The quality of the hoop and court was outstanding.

Service at desk was slow, employee did not arrive for more than five minutes. Musty grain smell in sink in kitchenette. Other than that it was a nice suite and hotel seemed clean and modern

My only complaint is that the lighting in the room seems very dim.....everywhere! Otherwise, clean rooms and friendly staff! I'll stop here again if I'm out this way!

The staff were all very friendly to us and the room we stayed in was very clean. We’ll definitely be staying here again in the future.

I waited fifteen minutes to check in with nobody at the front desk. The sign said they were helping a guest and would be back soon. There was another couple walking outside and they looked at me and said, good luck checking in. We waited forever to check in. I tried calling the front desk and still nobody answered. Finally, after the lobby was crowded, someone came in and checked me in. However, I looked over and saw a sign that said the pool was out of order. She said, didn't anyone tell you or call you? I said no. She said that Expedia had a wrong number for me. She asked me if I wanted to cancel, I said and go where? Had I known the pool was down, I wouldn't have stayed here. There wasn't anything that was a deal breaker for me other than the pool but there definitely wasn't anything that was positive for me either. A moderately expensive hotel for the amenities and services that were provided. I probably will choose not to stay here again.

This was one of the nicest experiences our family has had at a hotel. The entire hotel was clean and tidy. We'll be choosing Homewood Suites often in our future travels!

Everything was great! The only thing that was lacking was a USB charging port in the room.

It was everything I needed to stay a whole week.

Front desk lady is a rude person and shouldnt be in customer service

We arrived for a Thanksgiving family stay, and while we were treated well, the room was a little, shall we say, not all the way clean. At first glance, everything looked fine, but as my son started to sit down in the office chair, we noticed someone had left a pair of boxer briefs in the chair. The chair was tucked in under the desk, so I'm sure it was not noticed by housekeeping. We picked them up with some paper towels and threw them in the trash, and immediately washed hands. The wallpaper was peeling away at the seams, so the appearance was less than stellar. There was also a film of dust in the shelving in the bathroom. Those were the things we noted from this stay. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and courteous. The pool and hot tub were out of order, so I cannot say how those were. Wish we were given a little discount, as my kids did want to swim during our stay, but there was no discount for that. The overall stay was fine, but I may stay somewhere else next visit to the Quad Cities.

Overall the stay was good. Our room had some cereal on the floor under the table from previous guests and the thermostat wasn’t working properly in the living room. It was thanksgiving so the facility was short staffed and doing the best they could given the circumstances.

Rude staff, no pool

Hotel was very clean and new in appearance. Room was huge and felt very homey. Breakfasts were good each day and the Wednesday social was an awesome added bonus. All interactions with the staff were pleasant.

Could not access room until 5:30 PM. Lack of housekeeping staff was the stated reason. $50 charge for a small dog traveling with us was outrageous. Ripoff!!!

In town for a funeral. 9 of us stayed and in the evenings joined in the dining room. The staff was great from breakfast to evening, all of them were super courteous. If I’m ever in Davenport again we will certainly stay at Homewood by Hilton

VERY NICE and spacious suites. Comfortable, clean and more than we needed (we didn’t need a kitchenette) but the added room was so nice.

The hot tub was closed due to poop being in the tub. Very disgusting site to see. Everything else was nice and clean

Nice hotel but as usual the mattress was old and uncomfortable. I require a king for comfort purposes and the mattress had a significant dip in the middle. Very uncomfortable night with poor sleep. The room door did not seal so there was a lot of light that cam through from the hallway. Noisey hallway too. Expensive back ache.

It’s a great location, only minutes to the hospital and a friendly crew as well.
