Don’t order French Toast they deliverd 22 chicken sausage and 4 slices of sliced white bread. Don't smoke a cigarette they take pictures of your trash. Over all very restful stay nice room. David USA

hotel late check in around 3 hours just give me welcome drink for one day. lift so drity and people so crowded. the pool is so drity.

Some floor tiles are starting lift off the floor. This could cause tripping accident. Overall' staff are super friendly and helpful! We will visit in future vacation.

The hotel next to beach and far away from Pattaya city. There are shuttle to Pattaya several times a day. Room is not big but breakfast is very very good.

It was like a zoo. They were ill-equipped to handle the volume of guests checking in. It was 30 minutes plus to check out. it is possible my fault for not understanding it would be full of young families decending on it for the weekend but for a business traveller, I would avoid this place at all costs. My suite was nice and the sea view was good (don't look to the right where there are derelict and half built buildings - real eyesores!)

Overall the stay was very good. The hotel stands close to the sea, has a large pool, a good buffet but is a bit overcrowded and overpriced. A lot of families with kids.

We stayed for two nights. The service is not five-star - very crowded, linen is not fresh scents, pillows are hard and not comfortable. I had to call and changed a few times. The breakfast area is extremely packed, too noisy, and crowded. No social distancing and not very hygienic.
Overall, not worth it for money. This hotel should be only 4-star. The breakfast area needs to be improved ASAP.
