We had a great time, dinner was delicious.

Beautiful view of Lake George, facing east we watched the sun come up in the morning on a calm lake, the stars and moon in the evening.

The property is beautiful. The lake views and Inn are stunning. The tranquility of the location was just what we needed. Will definitely be back.

Gorgeous location lakefront!

Great location, great personnel - helpful and friendly. Just a few small issues: The floors on the first level of my townhouse were oily and sticky, as if something was spilled and not quite mopped up. Also, some flickering and burned-out light bulbs, giving off an impression of poor maintenance (even though overall the place looks good, especially on the outside).

Erlowest is a fantastic resort and the dining room is excellent. I would NOT recommend the Carriage House - the entrance was not clean, it is located over a maintenance garage with a dismal front entry, and the rental unit is desperately in need of an upgrade.

Workers were very friendly and polite and house was clean. Will definitely recommend to many friends and family and will use again in the future.

Gorgeous property. It was very quiet and relaxing. I do wish the beaches were bigger. Lucky it was just our party on the beach which was great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Gorgeous few of the lake!

Townhouse was nice and fit our family of 5. It was clean. Appreciated the availability of kayaks. It was expensive. Given that, surprising that 1 NO recycling 2 NO basic kitchen stuff (NO coffee, coffee filters, etc) 3 rudimentary services---even towel exchange didn't occur as described 4 extensive construction project 1 lot away means lotsa noise each weekday starting at 8am

I liked the property, it is beautiful What I didn't like was the villa that I stayed in musty, filled with caterpillars and just not what I thought I was getting. Under a tree blocked the sun. I didn't like that fact that we lost power for 12 hours unable to charge our devices and the place didn't do anything for compensate us .

Clean property. Spacious cabins which were very clean. Great early check in. The ability to leave our cars on site after check out while we were out on the lake was nice. Super friendly staff. Well taken care of accommodations.

We stayed in the villa. The views are unbelievable. A little dated on the inside but we really did not spend much time indoors anyway!They did not do any housekeeping while we where there for almost a week. I’m not sure if it is because of COVID or not. Definitely would recommend this place!

Our Villa was right on the lake so we had a nice view. The villa compare to the townhouse is outdated Townhouse is very big and nice ( the one my friend stayed in). Pool was closed due to the coronavirus. Property had some canoes that we use. Overall it is nice. Villas price compare to the townhouse was too much.

Had a great time. Just wish we had stayed one more night ! Only complaint would be the sofa bed - it was not comfy for our son but we only stayed one night so he dealt with it. Great place ! Would certainly go back Again and again

23 ° outside and when we entered the unit the heat (thermostat) was turned off . The interior temperature was 40° it took several hours to get it up to a comfortable temp.Needless to say the 3 kids were not happy traveling several hours to walk into an icebox.The desk was notified and hopefully the next guests will not have to deal with this situation.

The townhouse is very nice and comfortable. There are no better views around. Beautiful views of the lake and great access to it. Staff at the castle is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

We stayed in a townhouse for 3 nights and we got a snow storm. Staff has been really helpful and friendly to help us move our car that was stucked. The place looks really nice. The townhouse was really comfortable. The kitchen could have a little more equipment, its the only improvement I see.

Loved every aspect of this place. First time at lake george and i was not disappointed with the suncastle villas/condos.

The hotel needs to work on the cleanliness of the townhouses once the guest leaves. We were assigned 8B and compare to the pictures online, it was not so great at all. It was old, microwave was cracked and needed to slammed shut to turn on, the fridge was dirty (dried spilled milk), freezer had ice all over and a ziplock bag full of ice, clearly it was not cleaned at all. The cabinets in the kitchen were dirty and the dishes and pots were not used for a long time. I could feel this townhouse is not used unless the resort was full. It was old, the sofa bed sheet and comforter was nowhere to be found but the maintenance delivered it right away. The maintenance and any service requests were taken care of right away but still you want a clean place to live in. I would not go again unless i get to pick the townhouse that is renovated and kept clean. The pictures and description shows fireplace but this one did not had one. It had a moldy smell to it. I had to go buy the room fresheners right away to kill the smell but... The location is awesome and very soothing. Wish had a cleaner and hygienic place and of course needs renovation big time.
