New hotel, construction flaws. Bathroom door doesn’t fully close. Room door mechanism leaks. Electric outlet not secured to wall. Bath tub extremely slippery. We complained but told there is nothing they can do. We had to buy a non slip mat ourselves. Front desk staff not the most friendly.

For the price, I thought the room and service would be exceptional. The room was dirty and musty smelling and Netflix didn’t work. Although we tried a different room, it was musty also. When I asked about Netflix, the person said they didn’t know about it.
If you need a quick, convenient, expensive stay, book it.

Property was nice. Unfortunately our room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. There were beers in the refrigerator and i found an open bottle of water next to the bed.

Our stay was amazing. Very clean and beds were super comfy. The grandkids loved the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub. The breakfast was excellent also. The building was beautiful.

The check in wasn’t so great but everything else was. There was no one at the desk and four people were standing there waiting to check in for at least ten minutes. The staff was alright once he got back to the desk. Breakfast was not great either. The egg white frittatas were not good and the bacon must have been the precooked kind. Not good either. Choices for breakfast pretty skimpy compared to other hotel stays.
Beds were comfy though so had a good rest.

We rented two rooms for a quick overnight while traveling to a wedding. The property was clean, secure, quiet and comfortable and more than served our needs. If I ever found myself in the area again I would definitely stay here.

The property was fine and our room was clean, as expected for Fairfield. However, breakfast options were poor. Moreover, staff responsible for restocking the food was out of their depth. There were no cups for drinks, no waffle batter, no bagels, no yoghurt, no milk, no eggs, just empty dishes. Our worst breakfast experience in Fairfield ever.

We were in a handicap room, so it was impossible to actually hang up clothes. Also, the trap under the bathroom sink was loose and ripped water all over the floor.

Nice new building. Didn’t like the mix up with the bill. Long line at the waffle maker. Putting a hotel by busy railway doesn’t sound very smart. Squeaky fan.

Refrigerator broken and food spoiled. Housekeeping woke us up knocking on door 830 on a Sunday. Breakfast attendent could not keep up with the breakfast demand. Room was otherwise clean and comfortable.

This hotel is modern, fresh and clean. I loved the South Western modern decor. Our room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. The breakfast options were plentiful. Would definitely stay there again.

Easy on/off access to I-25. Very friendly front desk staff (Ashley). Fabulous restaurants and downtown area 3 minutes away. Very clean. Bed was super comfortable. Win win!

I was really disappointed that Expedia had the wrong motel associated with the map view versus list view. There are 2 Fairfield’s in Cheyenne and the one that I clicked on, located on Dell Street and booked actually booked me at the downtown location, which of course we didn’t find out until after trying to check in at the wrong hotel.
The hotel had non-guests swimming and coming in and out the pool door to outside which made it feel unsafe and the railroad is very noisy at this downtown location. The bathroom was large and well supplied, the breakfast was top notch, and overall everything was clean and comfy.

Room was spotlessly clean and new. Hotel is newer and decor is nice.
The pool area was not maintained well. The door entering the pool would not open, the ladder exciting the pool was broken and could cut someone, and the hottub was green.
