The room had ticks and spiders and manager said the Americans brought it, rude disgusting people

Property was lovely, staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. Great location and easy to walk to everything in the town. Only disappointment was that the pool wasn't heated in May. Would highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

The service at this hotel was exceptional. We received a really warm welcome when we arrived and, throughout our stay, nothing was too mucb trouble. The room was very comfortable and the hotel was exceptionally clean. A very nice stay. Thank you.

We stayed overnight at this property, and had a very pleasant experience. The front desk staff were very accommodating, and the pool was wonderful. The Hotel is centrally located, and most tourist attractions and restaurants are within walking distance. The room was very modern, and the amenities were updated.

This is a small, comfortable hotel; we had a room that accommodated 2 adults and a 12 year old very well with a large bathroom. The pool area was very pleasant, the staff welcoming and the petit-dejeuner very good.

Great reception and very helpful. The rooms are super comfortable with AC. Beautiful, modern and spacious bathroom. The breakfast was superb. Plenty of things to do within walking distance. We enjoyed this place so much that we extended our stay there.

Amboise is a great little town for a base in the region. ACR hotel has a nice courtyard area and friendly staff. The hotel is located close to everything tho the town is small enough that everything is walking distance. Overall a nice experience

Location is perfect for a home base in the Loire Valley. You can walk to the train station in 15-20 mins. The hotel is less than 5 mins from the TI to book tours and 5 minutes from the Castle. Tons of shopping and restaurants available nearby. I booked a prestige room facing the castle and I was extremely pleased with my room and AMAZING view (Room #5). The bed was so comfortable. The room very spacious.The bath and shower were equally spacious and amazing. My room was so clean. I highly recommend getting one of their prestige rooms for the space and view. Reception was extremely helpful with arranging pick up and drop off. The check in process was very personal and charming. I loved all of the staff there. Breakfast was delicious. The grounds are perfectly maintained and really felt like home. Highly recommend this property for service and value.

The people that ran the hotel were lovely and there for anything we needed such as restaurant reservations or recommendations for other things. We enjoyed the small village of Amboise, and the hotel was in a perfect location as the starting point for visiting surrounding chateaus. For an additional €10 a night, there is a secure parking lot located right behind the hotel. While they had breakfast daily, we chose to visit local patisseries in the village. There also is a pool on the property, but it was too cold during our visit to use. Our room was located in the back of a nice and peaceful courtyard, which would be very nice for relaxing in peace and quiet. Overall, we would recommend this hotel to friends and family, and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect combination of old and new! Very old home converted into a hotel. Modern bathrooms and breakfast area. Large and charming rooms are very comfortable. Walking distance to the towns attractions. The staff is eager to help in any way they can.

Rooms are updated. Strangest shower I have ever been in. You cannot get the jets to point where you want. As a short person they were always hitting me in uncomfortable places. Close to everything in Amboise. No parking. Wifi was good.

This was art of a trip to the Loire and then Paris. The hotel was quite charming and the staff very helpful and the hotel convenient to both Amboise as well as the many Chateaus in the area. The room was very comfortable and air conditioned. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is in a central location with a lovely garden and pool. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed with a view of the castle. Who could ask for more?

Room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom/shower were amazing...clean, large, and wonderful water pressure for the shower. The staff was very helpful. We had a car issue and the front desk attendant called the Hertz help desk for us and provided us with an address where we could get it taken care of. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Loved having the private parking.
