Really great location and property. Pool for kids was great. Super close to the beach. Room was clean and easy to settle into. The main issue we ran into was the lack of complete elevator access in the first tower. Only two of three were working at any one time. When checkout at 10a rolled around, elevators were packed! Cleaners were also using the elevators (to tightly do their job!), but they had no utility elevator for them. So, ask for a late checkout if you do stay in tower 1

Parking deck is over crowded ! Our room ac never got under 76. Bedroom had puddles of water near ac unit in closet. Tv in living room way to small. Overall other than these few things we were pleased

We left right away from this resort 0 customer service or communication to the customers, we rent it for three saya but left the first day it was Old and dirty.

Great location w/ direct access to the beach. Check in process was too involved and was bombarded with emails. The condo was not "pet-friendly" and we had to get an ok from condo owner. Lots of paperwork just to get checked in. Pool was great, staff was friendly. Parking didn't seem to be an issue but was a little tight.

The condo-style was new for us but we found it extremely useful for meals and snacks since we were traveling with kids.

It was nice roomy condos the only problem was our neighbors were smoking pot and you could smell it strong.

Easy check in and out. Didn't like the parking

As soon as I walked in, I notice the furniture looked very outdated, not to mention the beds & carpet. I was mostly disappointed with the beds because I am currently pregnant and have been having back and side pain during and after my stay at the Grand Panama due to how uncomfortable the bed felt, you could even feel the wiring on all the beds there. I contacted the Pan Handle Getaways and left a voicemail to see if there was anything they could do but never heard back. The carpet felt so sticky and disgusting that I decided to keep my shoes on the entire time there. Not to mention the sofa, which had stains all over so we didn’t even sit on it. I would honestly not come back again.

Comfortable and beautiful suite and facility. Breathtaking view! Plenty of food in area available and great beach shopping right across the street.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Panama. The condo was clean and well maintained. Elevator and breezeway was convenient to the room. Parking garage was nearby as well. We will definitely be staying here again.

What a GREAT find! A VRBO reservation was cancelled late, and we needed to locate a unit for a reasonable price. This property was excellent. The location, amenities, and comfort all get top scores. Groceries can be delivered to your door via Publix, so you never have to leave the property. Would definitely recommend this condo!

It was a excellent stay and very clean will be staying here again and I highly recommen others to try them out

Let me start by saying that this was our 4th time staying at GP and this was by far the best room. It SMELLED clean. The beachy decor was inviting, The views from the deck were incredible. The beds were comfortable. Besides the room being wonderful, we were able to check in an hour early with no problem. Checkout was seamless. We plan to book this room in the future

Enjoyed our stay at the Grand Panama Beach Resort. The condo we had was very clean, and decor was comfortable and appropriate for beach front. All the beds, even bunk beds, were very comfortable. Early every morning we would see staff cleaning all common areas in and around the building, pool, etc., all the way down to the beach. It was my first time there and when I had questions or needed assistance, etc., someone was always available by phone and they were always very caring and helpful, and made reports to fixed things, if necessary. There were some normal issues when there are a lot of people staying in the area, such as elevator waiting at busy times and parking. We specifically had some issues with TVs not working but really did not need them with the beautiful view from the balcony and the sound of the waves. We were there for a Softball Tournament so really did not get to check out too much of the area, beside the beach right there at the condo and of course Pier Park. Overall, II had a good time and will definitely go back.🌞
