A clean, modern hotel in central Chisinau. Nothing too fancy but my stay was fine. Very small basic gym, simple but decent breakfast. The staff were helpful, the bed was big and comfy, the water was hot. The internet went out and I was provided a portable wifi modem.

The hotel is overall lovely and in a great location. The shower is one of the best - great hot water and pressure. There was a little confusion about breakfast, but the hotel resolved it easily. I would definitely stay there again!

Very comfortable hotel with the good atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has many amenities like coffee express in the room, earplugs, bottle of water every day, coffee available 24/7 near the lobby, washing machine available and what was the best for me small but well equipped gym with sauna. Hotels has great location because there're around shops, restaurants and supermarket number 1, bus stop 5 minutes of walk from the hotel and main street of Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare, within walking distance. Although hotel is situated at the corner of busy streets in rush hours I couldn't complain of noises. It was quiet in the room. I can write more and more but the most valuable are people who work there. Very friendly and helpful, English speaking and ready to help even in the emergency situation. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good location with very friendly and helpful staff.A nice clean hotel without airs and graces.The mini bar offers a small bottle of wine at the same price as a small bottle of water ! Breakfast sets you up adequately before leaving to explore for the day.They organize transfers and trips by request.

Great hotel and wonderful friendly services. Room is of good size and very clean. Different pillows to sleep on. Internet speed is good and stable. Breakfast is not too extensive but good enough. One small negative is that the walls between the rooms are relatively thin and from time to time you hear your neighbors. Will certainly go again next time in Chisinau.

Everything was perfect. Very helpful staff, close to everything and clean rooms. I loved how they prepared snacks and drinks for us when we checked out.

The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. I especially liked the way Andrei interacts with his fellow workers and the guests. I could not sleep and he brought me an herbal remedy that helped.

I stayed 2 nights, bed was comfortable and room was very clean. I appreciated the guest laundry however the dryer took over 4 hours to dry my clothes.Staff were friendly, the location of the hotel was ok, there is a supermarket and an Andy pizza place a short walk away. Not much else around.

Wonderful hotel that is fairly new. Staff is friendly and I enjoyed my stay. A taxi ride to the city center is cheap for a Westerner. The front desk will arrange a private driver. Use their private driver because the regular and cheaper service will try to rip off foreigners and Itll just be a headache you dont need to deal with. Always get the taxi price in advance, especially if youre going to the airport. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. Youll find a lot of little amenities in the room thatll add a nice touch to your stay.

I cannot say enough great thins about the staff. They were incredibilly knowledgeable and willing to assist you with any travel/language issue you may have. The breakfact was amazing with fresh fruits and vegetables, and meats. It was very clean, and walking distance to several shops and a mall. I would stay there again.

Modern and clean, delicious breakfast, nice weight room with sauna. The chair in my room was adequate but not very comfortable. The bathroom in the gym had an off odor.

This is hands-down one of the nicest boutique hotels we have stayed at (and we spend about 170 nights a year in nice hotels - for business and leisure). The staff was absolutely delightful in helping us with excursion suggestions, taxi and tour bookings etc. arranging for early snacks when we left before the breakfast time.
The hotel itself is new, super clean- well appointed - bed are SO comfortable - cleaning and amenities are impeccable. Every little detail has been thought of. Breakfast has everything you can want, healthy well-rounded (no omelet station, though,but there are boiled or scrambled eggs.
Value for money. The location may seem a bit out of the way, but taxis come right away and are inexpensive, plus one can walk to most sites

we stayed just one night for an airport transfer. very kind receptionist and very nice room--- very good for price point. would highly recommend this hotel.
