This is about the hotel com not the hotel. I selected pay on site. I arrived at the property but didn't have a confirmation number. So I booked directly through the hotel. I was told they would cancel my 3rd party reservation. I looked at my bank account and they still charged me

The bad: The door to the shower wouldn’t open easily, kept getting stuck… The bed wasn’t comfortable (too lumpy) and the comforter on top was itchy…
The good: The room was huge, the couch was bouncy, plenty of hot water, the service was nice…

Room was not the one i had booked. Sofa bed my two kids had to sleep on had some kind of red stain on it.

We were in an handicap room. It was very big. 2 issues, you could not use the handicap seat in the tub/shower combo. Water would pool on the seat and run across and onto the floor. Water was everywhere. Not safe. The other thing was the carpet had stains all over it. It just didn't seem clean at all.

Seemingly new & fresh property. Excellent customer service, good breakfast, & easy access to many restaurants!
The ONLY thing I can say that needed attention was the positioning of the bathroom door. You had to open it all the way & then try to slip in around the toilet & THEN close the door to access sink & vanity:/ Maybe barn door, flip door to other side?

During my stay, I kept hearing noises throughout the night as in doors shutting, people talking and walking around. Also taking a shower the shower sliding doors would not close and water was getting all over the floor.

This may have been the nicest and cleanest hotel we have stayed in. The staff at midnight when we checked in was so nice. Breakfast was excellent and the size of the room and amenities were awesome! Home2Suites will be top of our list from now on.

Easy commute to Forth Worth and Dallas. The reason why I didn't give five stars is because the room had small bugs in the kitchen.

Isaac is a great staff member. He was super friendly and helpful when I asked for an early check in. I did have to wait about another 45 minutes but he made sure to come seek me out in the lobby as soon as the room was ready. The room was comfortable and spacious. I do wish the desk chair was actually cleaned (or replaced). It was pretty gross. Everything was fabulous and I would definitely stay here again.

Not a fan of this property chain any longer. They had moisture barriers on very crap mattress that made noise whenever you moved
Although I like the walk in shower, my kids became trapped when the doors wouldn’t move without excessive force.
It looks like trying to shave costs ruined me as a future customer

There was a really bad mell in elevator and it was super hot inside elevator too. But rooms were clean and comfortable
