Great location and extremely clean! Close by are lots of shops and the old town is at a walking distance.

Good place but all the spare keys for the rooms are out in the open and when only one concierge is also the chef a key could very easily be stolen.

In great area close to dining and shopping options. Room was clean inside a beautiful building. The ac was so so so nice kept the room cool even though it was 36 in July and so humid outside. We had a great stay!

Honestly one of the best stay i ever has in my life. The hotel is beautiful and the room is big enough for two person. It is really well located, because it is of walking distance to everything. There is clim in the room and it works really well, cause sometimes we had to turn it off cause we were too cold. For me the big bonus was the lady at the desk. She works in the afternoon and she is the sweetest. When we arrived, she gave us a map and some recommendation of places to go visit or eat to (we asked for it). What sealed the deal for me is that we had problem with a delayed luggaged and she helped us by translating in italian for us and making some calls with us. She even let me borrow her charger, cause i didnt have mine. She also calles us a taxi when we needed one. You can see she cares about the people that are staying at the hotel. If i ever go back to genoa, i will come back to this hotel.

No parking close the property.
The building is not dedicated to the hotel, so
you have to get to certain floor to find the lobby. Not usual the usual setup. The elevator 1 person and two suitcases.
Its nice location but is not comparable to a regular hotel.

Great location on 3rd floor of an old building being renovated. Great to be a base for Genoa or surrounding areas. Close to Genoa B station.

Very good hotel located near Brignole train station, Vola bus service and city bus transportation. Safe location, front door always locked with key access. You do have to be buzzed in to get through the second set of doors and that’s only available until midnight. Not sure what happens if you stay out later than that, so make sure you are prepared. Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet even though it was on a street side. And the building has an elevator. Good value for the money.

This was my second stay at Hotel Liberty Genova, and I thoroughly enjoyed both visits! The hotel is housed in a stunning early 20th century building, and still has an original cage elevator - which adds a lot of charm! The setup doesn’t make the place feel like a hotel; rather, I felt like I was staying in a classy apartment building. The room was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. And the location couldn’t be better … it’s on one of the main shopping streets, and a short walk from the Genova
Brignole train station, Piazza de Ferrari and the Centro Storico (historic center). Lots of good restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk. Great value. Highly recommended!

Elevator is old fashioned and did not work when we arrived but they got it working pretty quickly. Carried our bags up 4 flights of stairs as the hotel is on floor 3 and 4. Staff is amazing; very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was 9 euro and was a great deal.

Its a very decent hotel, however, we didnt have hot water the last day and a half of our stay and this is unacceptable. There are hundreds of other hotels we could have spent $500 for 3 nights on that all have hot water

It was very hard to find and the person answering the phone was not too helpful. They would not tell us how to get there. Then the parking was far and on foot. Not fun

Hotel lobby is on 3rd floor and the lift is small. Staff was courteous. The room and facilities were nice and clean. Bus stops near. Breakfast is ok for price.

Great location! Easy to get to metro and bus stop. Beware that the office closes at night so you will need to make arrangements if you are arriving late.

The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. They spoke English and some Spanish. I highly recommended this hotel as it is only blocks away from one of the main Piazzas in Genoa.

Although the hotel is quite small, the space is used very well. Especially during the coronavirus restrictions we were very happy with how the staff handled the situation and with the additional safety measures taken.
Would recommend to people wanting a comfortable and cosy room close to the city center.

We particularly like the old feel. architecture, the unique lifts. Although period in outlook the hotel itself has been modernised and is cosy. Breakfast is served but seems the same every morning accept a couple of tarts. We think sound-proofing could have been improved somewhat. We could accept traffic and noise from outside as the hotel is beside the main road, hence traffic noise is inevitable but noise from footsteps upstairs can be annoying especially at 3am in the morning!

This is a simple but clean and comfortable hotel. The location is very good - in the historical center of Genova. The staff is very polite and helpful. My wife had a broken leg and the staff did everything possible to help. Thank you so much.

Good over all. a little hard to find- Third floor of an old multi-tenant building. Parking off site is closed on Sunday, so we ended up parking a bit further from the Hotel than expected.

The hotel is on the third floor in a building. The room has high ceiling and is big enough. The breakfast room envirinment is nice and the staff are nice. But the room facing the road is noisier at midnight.

Hotel staff were amazingly helpful and booked a taxi for us for an early check in. Breakfast is a bonus, plenty of variety. The water in our apartment stopped working, called reception and it was sorted in 5 minutes

Centrally located close to the Ferrari Plaza. Breakfast area nicely decorated. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours after checking out
