We were there for 1 night 1person in a wheelchair, there were 3 step up into the lobby, didn't know there was another entrance without steps at the time VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF Nice room for 3, very eazy to get to the train station the main reason we choose this hotel

The Room is clean but missing basic stuff like tissues, plates or cutlery. We only had 2 glasses but wanted to eat some food in the room. Also the shower head was not properly attached, it kept falling off and it was so uncomfy to take shower holding the head

Very good hotel, i thought at the beginning it wasn’t gonna be good enough cause the price but I was surprised by how clean it is and the staff is very friendly too. The only thing I would complain about is the noise, if you are someone who struggles with sleeping with noise I would recommend to ask for a room far from the principal sidewalk, cause there is a lot of restaurants that serves at night, or you can also bring some earplugs I think that can solve the problem. But other than that is pretty good for the price.

We had a short but lovely stay. Wish it could have been longer. The hotel’s staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms very clean and comfortable, and the area was full of interesting and beautiful restaurants, shopping, sites and activities.

The room was very modern, clean, with a great working air conditioner. It has been very hot and the air condition work perfect.
The hotel was close to the train station allowing for quick walk travel there on foot. Many small restaurants located nearby if hungry and supermarkets if needing to stock up on snacks.

Front desk was very rude. Did not acknowledge me during the check in process for several minutes and I was standing right in front of him!

This was the ONLY hotel in all my life in which I had to buy my own shampoo and conditioner because they did not provide any.
The whole time they were controlling who was entering and exiting the hotel, weird behavior. It make me feel very uncomfortable.
The shower did not provide any place to put the towels. No space in the bathroom sink. I really do not know who designed the rooms in the hotel.

A conveniently located place to stay that is in a walkable area and well-connected. However, it is a hotel in name only; no shampoo/conditioner or other toiletries, no coffee/tea, no ice, and lots of building noise while we were trying to sleep. Overpriced for the value.

For the price, this place is unbeatable and to my surprise, offered a pleasantly large, clean, and charming room. Right next to the train station which is great if you are traveling to/from Madrid. Biggest downside was I checked in unexpectedly early (7 am) and the front desk staff was NOT friendly. They seemed annoyed, didn’t smile once, and were a bit snippy with me. I left my luggage at least, which was great, and when I came back, the staff was WONDERFUL. So I suppose it depends on what shift you get. Wish there was a deadbolt on the door for better security but other than that, really great stay!

Don’t judge a book by its cover. Despite the initial concern about the quality outside the building, as soon as you step inside everything changes. Clean, bright, modern. Superb and friendly staff, excellent area for walking to/from interests.

We booked late during a very busy time (the World Pokémon Go Fest was ongoing), so we were lucky to find anything. However, that being said, this was way, way overpriced for what we got. Also, the air conditioning is managed so that it never goes full blast. It’s fine most of the time, but the room never fully felt cool.
