It was clean and right off the highway

Quit clean area. Close to highway and shopping center.

Excellent staff.

The Hotel probably follows "ONE SIZE FITS ALL" philosophy. 3 Adults were provided 1 small water bottle. Also we felt that the beds were not queen. Other than these issues everything else was good. Not the very Best but a very good Hotel for that price overall.

Horrible service while staying here. I will be contacting upper management because this was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. I will never stay here again. I will actually make it a point to never stay at any La Quinta in the future and I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Safe quiet location. Easy to find but road construction was a hassle. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

Not safe, noisy, unhelpful staff.

The only negative thing i have to say is that we picked this hotel specifically because it had a hot tub. It was not in use and that was disheartening. If we had been told at check-in we probably would have gone elsewhere. I realize its not the fault of the staff the hot tub was not in use. but i wish they had told us upfront. Otherwise no complaints.

It was good until I went down to use the hot tub only to find that it was closed due to the heater being broken. I had mentioned I was mainly there for the hot tub during the check in, but the reception clerk did not let me know that it was out of order. Not a good way to keep me coming back. I generally stay a few days a year here. I will have to reconsider my next stay.

would like breakfast to start earlier on weekends. Had to leave for horse show and couldn't get food.

Breakfast was not stocked, had to ask 3 times if more food was being put out and it was 8am. Front desk staff didn’t seem to care or do anything. Knocked on the breakfast door and no one came out even though we say the lady enter the room. Had our room cleaned on Wednesday, only half the room was cleaned (one bed not both). Hot tub was out of service, pool was not much better - needed a good cleaning.

So first thing, we checked in at about 330-345. Our room wasnt ready. Checkin is at 3.. shouldnt happen. Then, I gave the kid a different credit card to use from what I booked it with. (Debit card) Once we FINALLY got our keys, I get an alert that he charged my Debit card instead of the credit card I literally JUST gave him. I went back, error was fixed. We get into the room, and the coffee maker is IN the bathroom. Gross. Poo particles in my coffee, no thanks. HAS to he a healthcode violation. We leave for the night and when we get back around 1115 we wanted to grab a water from the snack area. Noone around for like 15 minutes to let me pay for it. When I brought that up at checkout, the guy did seem concerned, and gave me a free water. He gives me my receipt and its someone else's receipt... how many things are they gonna screw up? And dont get me started on breakfast, cold eggs, sausage and waffles... what a joke. Oh and not enough seats so had to take food to our room. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. Hotel seemed clean and was quiet.

The Hotel locations was convenient and model style which provided a safe with area that customers feel closed to all the shopping amenities....

Road work

The location was very convenient for our needs. Lots of road construction nearby but that can not be controlled. Our room did not have a remote for the TV so had to make a call to get one. Staff was very friendly and professional.

Stay was good! Only problem was broken pull out sofa but that was helped out with portable roll out beds! The swimming pool needs to be clean though! Other than that it was good.

Im rating this stay 4 out of 5 only because personally there were think i would be little more picky about, but other wouldnt be. Overall experienece was pretty good!

It was ok..room was nice the hot tub was not working and not much for restaurants within walking distance.

Good hotel, only gripe would be the very loud doors when they close. Hard to sleep with nextdoor neighbors going in and out all night

Overall, the hotel was fine. It was clean and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They need to check the pool's chlorine levels as it was high. Our eyes were hurting/stinging. Also, the room's pillows were rough. They were small and stiff. We could not get comfortable and had to borrow from our in-laws. A couple of items that can be addressed.
