I like that it has a hot tub that is advertised and actually functional! It is usually a quiet place to stay while I am working my long shifts for work.

It was a bit noisy late into the night there during my past stay due to the fact there was a young sports team also staying at the hotel who were running up and down the hallway.

For two mornings in a row no effort was made to provide milk for children at breakfast. Someone was wrong to think simply posting a sign, “out of order,” on the dispenser solved this problem to the best of their ability. Simply unacceptable!!

the guy at the front desk was very nice and tried his best to fix the situation. he got us a new room big enough for us

the sofa bed was broken so i went to the desk and was offered a roll away cot. While waiting for the cot realized the tv remotes didn’t work. I went back to the desk and found out the cot was also broken so I had to move rooms at 1AM with a toddler

Clean and very comfortable all over the property.

Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful and breakfast was good.

Construction right by hotel but not their fault

Hotel was conveniently located. Nice play area in the pool for younger kids. Electric vehicle charger was great feature.

Breakfast was just ok. Beds were way too soft for me and seemed dated.

It was absolutely quiet despite being next to front desk, elevator, ice machine & highest traffic area. It had walk in shower with chair.

The pillows were not uncomfortable but more like throw pillows. I prefer more bounce in my pillows & a regular size. A motion light in the closet may be helpful. It may also be helpful to put a sticker on the mirror to indicate that iron & board were behind. One front desk person (guy) did not know that, but the other (gal) did. Personally, I would prefer hard floors as opposed to carpet. Easier to know they were cleaned. (Normally travel with dogs)

Wildness at the pool

The hotel was comfortable, and easy to use as a home base for our vacation to the Twin Cities.

The pool area was great but having nicer towels and the potential to take the towels back to the room would have been convenient.

friendly staff, pools were great for the kids and the continental breakfast was great.

The only negative was that the whirlpool tub in our room must have not been used for awhile because once the water filled and we turned on the jets dirt came flying out and we had to quickly get out of the tub. My husband ran the jets until clean water came out so it should be good for the next guests. I would say this isn’t the hotels fault though as they wouldn’t have know it hadn’t been run in awhile.

I didn't eat breakfast.

The prices of the snacks at the front desk. They were too high.

The swimming pool was great for kids. The beds were comfortable. The fresh waffles at breakfast were a plus. The price was really affordable.

The bathroom was pretty beat up. There was red mold in the corners. The breakfast was in the lobby, and there were not enough chairs for everyone, and the doors constantly open and close making it cold.
