The hotel was clean, the breakfast was just okay, the bed was clean and comfortable. The service though— NOT good. Check in was at 4am for us. I called ahead to let them know this was going to be the case (after 3am). They said no problem. We get there and there is no one at the desk. For. 45. Min!! I called 13. Times! He said he waited until 330. Acted like it was no biggie. He did give us free snacks from the grocery area. Then check out 2 days later a different man was not at the desk for over 15 min! I’ve never experienced anything like it. I was exhausted at 4am after a 9hr drive. I wanted to go to bed.

Horrible! My elderly husband and myself needed to check out early because of a health issue, and was told that, that would be no problem. Except it was a big deal for us Seniors giving us the runaround and keeping the money we had prepaid for our Friday night stay. They wouldn't even return the $25.00 dollars for our dog fees! Really irritating to know they got paid TWICE for the same room, and felt that stealing money from us old folks was perfectly fine. We will NOT be returning customers! Honestly is the best policy.

It was clean and right off the highway

Quit clean area. Close to highway and shopping center.

Horrible service while staying here. I will be contacting upper management because this was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. I will never stay here again. I will actually make it a point to never stay at any La Quinta in the future and I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Hotel probably follows "ONE SIZE FITS ALL" philosophy. 3 Adults were provided 1 small water bottle. Also we felt that the beds were not queen. Other than these issues everything else was good. Not the very Best but a very good Hotel for that price overall.

Safe quiet location. Easy to find but road construction was a hassle. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

The only negative thing i have to say is that we picked this hotel specifically because it had a hot tub. It was not in use and that was disheartening. If we had been told at check-in we probably would have gone elsewhere. I realize its not the fault of the staff the hot tub was not in use. but i wish they had told us upfront. Otherwise no complaints.

It was good until I went down to use the hot tub only to find that it was closed due to the heater being broken. I had mentioned I was mainly there for the hot tub during the check in, but the reception clerk did not let me know that it was out of order. Not a good way to keep me coming back. I generally stay a few days a year here. I will have to reconsider my next stay.

So first thing, we checked in at about 330-345. Our room wasnt ready. Checkin is at 3.. shouldnt happen. Then, I gave the kid a different credit card to use from what I booked it with. (Debit card) Once we FINALLY got our keys, I get an alert that he charged my Debit card instead of the credit card I literally JUST gave him. I went back, error was fixed. We get into the room, and the coffee maker is IN the bathroom. Gross. Poo particles in my coffee, no thanks. HAS to he a healthcode violation. We leave for the night and when we get back around 1115 we wanted to grab a water from the snack area. Noone around for like 15 minutes to let me pay for it. When I brought that up at checkout, the guy did seem concerned, and gave me a free water. He gives me my receipt and its someone else's receipt... how many things are they gonna screw up? And dont get me started on breakfast, cold eggs, sausage and waffles... what a joke. Oh and not enough seats so had to take food to our room. The room was nice and the bed was comfy.
