This was a one night business trip but I wish I could have stayed longer. It was a lovely location, with a very comfortable room and and an incredibly warm welcome from the owners! Breakfast in the morning was excellent as well. Looking forward to the next time I can go back.

A quiet and comfortable room with plenty of space and an excellent bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Very warm welcome, attentive to explain everything in the accomodation, fantastic location, very well located to access everything in the area. Accomodation was lovely, the victorian standing bath a very nice touch! We would happily stay again when next in the area.

A warm welcome from Sam. Beautiful decor, warm and clean, specialty teas and milk for the fridge in a glass bottle. Lovely garden with manicured lawns, loved the scent of the lavender hedge. Hot delicious breakfast in the bright and airy breakfast room, the wall to ceiling windows gave a great view of the garden. I could go on! I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Fiona.

Had a wonderful overnight stay at Eagle Mill - only wish we could have been there longer. Lovely room with lots of great touches. Very comfortable bed and loved the skylight. View from the room over the orchard was delightful. We were looked after superbly by Marie from start to finish, who was extremely accommodating. We will definitely return to stay when next in the area.

Amazing. Rooms are large an spacious and fitted out with furniture which is not cheap. Bed was big and comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to order and was amazing, with great quality products (well they tasted really good). Lovely friendly hosts. Will be coming back.

Rubbish in car park on arrival, room was a lovely size with a big private front garden outside our room, breakfast was amazing, good quality. Shower and toilet room was not cleaned to a good standard

Sam was a wonderful host who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Would highly recommend Eagle Mills for a relaxing break. It has lovely rooms and gardens, and a country walk into St Ives.

The room was immaculate, by far the best room I’ve stayed in this year (if not ever!). I was greeted by the owner on arrival who was very personable, took time out of his evening to tell me about restaurants near by. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

This place was amazing like a hidden gem. The owners were great and attentive. I noticed they engaged everyone whom booked a room. The room was amazing, the bathtub was great, I am 5’11 whom never gets a tub where you can 95% lay down. It was quiet, the views were great. Amenities in the room I didn’t really use by choice were there along with a fresh bottle of milk. Sorry I didn’t use it due to wanting to just hydrate on water. My plans are to use this venture as a retreat either every month or every other month. Oh I forgot to mention breakfast by order the way you want it

Artived fairly late but welcomed with a smile and shown to my room. A quick but full explanation about heating, tv and breakfast. Lovely and warm, amazing rooms, finished go a high spec and finished off with a freshly cooked amazing breakfast. Will definitely use again.

Beautiful, modern and well equipped accommodation, spotlessly clean. A lovely alternative to hotels. Super breakfast too. A short drive into local towns for wider facilities. Lovely hosts who are welcoming and helpful but allow guests space and privacy. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful property with a very good breakfast and conveniently located not only to Cambridge and St Ives , but also to Ely , Peterborough and Kings Lynn .

We really enjoyed the stay, Sam and Sonya are very gractious hosts. The dogs and the garden were pleasant to visit with. Breakfast was delicious and made to order. We would defiantly stay here again.

This is a small boutique place to stay that was absolutely beautiful. Sam will greet you with a smile and wonderful conversation and the rooms are modern and beautifully put together. Plus the gardens are peaceful and relaxing to sit in. We had breakfast each morning and it was personally prepared by Sam, and some of the best food we had on our trip. This was one of the best places I have stayed on any travels! And would highly recommend to anyone as well as would stay here again.

The hosts were great. The property was expanded several years ago by the owner to accommodate travelers. The purpose built rooms were excellent and well furnished and very clean. Free parking and full English breakfast. Our bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
